Idk about others but i personally own 3 ola 1 old gen and 2 new gen but i have never faced any problem with any vehicle of mine honestly and service vise also i say it was good & my all vehicles are reliable but my sister ather broke down in just 1 year and it is still in service centre

Booked when it was first launched, got delayed delivery and after sales service is like they want to make sure we customer don't book another ola. Worst experience my scooter is at there service centre from 45 days and they don't care to update us about delivery time. Still they say job card is open and work is going on.
OLA will be the next PayTM, no doubt about that. But the issue is the retail investors are becoming dumb day by day. They invests (rather wastes) their money on anythings without analysing anything.
There is another point to consider, All the promises made by company were pre- interest rate hike period. All the consumer based companies are having crunch bcoz consumption is getting low in India. The normalcy can only be expected for all industries after rate cuts. So evaluating companies at this period will not give correct analysis when rates get cut.
Bajaj is not focusing on innovation However OLA is . You need to do more research on the batteries that they are building which is going to be much superior that competitors. OLA is also focused on the OS and safety features. OLA is also going to improve the existing range using a new battery pack . And Ola also confirmed that they are focusing on bikes no plans for cars There sales are already at break even point. And the losses are due to government norms change And infrastructure cost is only one time cost so future they will be able to increase profitability

I think you slightly misunderstood the battery economics here. By q1fy26 they are using their own cell 4680. In an EV major cost is the battery and usually these battery makers have 20-25% OPM, so significant savings there. Also if this is locally manufactured then there is no company yet making such advanced cells which other EV companies will also be interested in buying. Currently their initial battery capacity is set to 1GWh and they have already acquired PLI and developed capacity for 20GWh. This is a big number to be honest just for batteries. They are going to launch EV bikes and 3 wheelers in future. 3 wheelers are usually a more profitable business in itself based on past data

I understand you missed the rally but please Don't spread misinformation . The main moat is Cell , which is 30% of EV cost. Making cells in house will drastically increase margin. TVS and Bajaj make scooters on imported batteries. Production will be scaled to 1 million and existing issues will be mostly solved after introduction of Gen 3 platforms. After Break even in next 2 quarters , Margin will expand rapidly and by 2027, the cost of manufacturing EV will fall drastically. HSBC also has the same opinion. Interest rate will reduce and part of IPO proceeds will be used to repay debt. Financing Cost will also be reduced drastically.

Mr. Prasad there are few following things that you have not considered in your analysis. OLA have hired best designers and engineers who are working or worked in their top Management for their e-motorcycle and e-scooters unlike Etergo version of scooters which they are selling at present. You mentioned that TVS and Bajaj are gearing up for their electric segment which is somewhat true but they are exhausting their money more in advertising rather than innovation also their e-scooters also have lot of complaints which is removed by them if it’s viral and you know much much they will spend there. By the way companies like TVS doesn’t even give good service in their present petrol engine scooters.
