@@NikolaiBain yes. The major doubt is, how are you doing research to decide the number of appropriate sections and pages. How many versions to be provided for each page. What's the basic eligibility to become a template designer. Can I use free illustrations from freepik and other similar websites ?

It really sounds like templates are a nice way of earning some extra income, especially maybe for a creative who is just starting out as a freelancer but already has enough webflow knowledge. I also feel like there aren't that many designers creating templates, since your first video about your templates I have been asking around a little bit. But I haven't spoken anyone that is selling temlates, everyone is interested in it but just not going for it. Does Webflow provide some statistics about their template sales anywhere? Just some average numbers or amount of templates uploaded per week etc.
Cheers man and totally agree! There are sadly no sats for template sales. We are notified whenever one of ours is sold so technically we could do the stats manually, but that's way too much work haha

I see a bunch of videos/tutorials on using webflow, but couldn't any "webflow or framer template development". I don't want to create websites, but develop templates that others can use to build their websites. Or unlike wordpress, websites in webflow can be sold as templates?
yes they can be sold, both CMS and custom code features available. As for the 'develop templates ' without creating an actual website is possible with a tool called Figma.
Hi, Nikolai! I have a doubt about templates I hope you can help with. When you create a live preview, do you need to publish it and maintain the Webflow hosting plan for each template or how does this process works? For example, which are the costs to maintain a 10 templates portfolio? Many thanks!

Nice video. What about the support? How many questions do you get on average per template?
I haven't had that many people reach out for template support to be honest! Maybe like 2 per template or so 😊

You don't have to pay any money for individual website hosting fees for templates :)
