The 2024 Ford Explorer could be up for a refresh both inside and out. We think however the North American Explorer is going to take a little different route then its Chinese counterpart. In this episode we’ll take a look at the 2024 Ford Explorer.. for North America and what may be in store for this Family SUV.
We’ll take a look at the current Explorer engines and see what may be changing for the 2024 Explorer. Is the 2024 Ford Explorer getting an updated EcoBoost? Will it keep the hybrid powertrain? We’ll dig into it.
What’s happening on the Interior of the 2024 Ford Explorer? We’ll take a look at that too and see what it might inherit from other new Ford vehicles.
The exterior of the 2024 Ford Explorer certainly looks to be getting a refresh too. We’ll see if we can get under the camo and see what the 2024 Ford Explorer may look like. Finally, we’ll see if the 2024 Ford Explorer lineup is gaining new models, and what those models may be? We'll also take a guess at when the 2024 Ford Explorer may be revealed.

Some are claiming 24 will be a very short year for both Explorer and Aviator. Then, the big changes will come on the 25's. Ford has already announced the Aviator plug in hybrid has been discontinued.
If I'm honest, I should probably rename this to the 2025 Ford Explorer. I think those claims are probably going to be correct and '25 is when we will see the significant changes to the Explorer.The Explorer Hybrid has also been discontinued for 2024. I dont know if Ford will release this earlier next year, but i hope they will. Appreciate you dropping in and commenting.
God, I do hope that rumor you mentioned won't come into the store. That V6 is so good, 2.3T won't be able to match it.

The 3.3 l is a magnificent engine. I was upset when Ford got rid of the 3.5 L naturally aspirated engine. Yes, it had the internal water pump design " witch I never had a problem with because I maintained my vehicle and I hardly drove piss out of it like an idiot with my foot to the ground " . The 3.5 L non turbo was a solid and reliable engine .

Greetings from southern Ontario Canada specifically oakville Ontario home of the ford plant opened up in 1953 and will be building ev vehicles in 2025 thanks for the presentation

I’m really enjoying my 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0L Echo boost
Those ideas look great but I need them to FIX The electronics in that big touchscreen now I get blue screen black screen back cam works then it doesn’t the navigation map is full screen and then it’s not and sometimes doesn’t load at all
They say it’s a problem they yet don’t have a fix for

If they do an explorer raptor they need to put a predator in the ST so it can compete with a trackhawk.

Why can't we get the Chinese market two toned orange and bLACK?
I think theres a chance we could get the color scheme on the new Explorer, but the vehicle wearing it is the Chinese Explorer Timberline and that will not be coming to the US. Thank you for dropping in and commenting!

In a single development cycle, the Mazda CX90 and the Lexus GX have surpassed what Ford couldn't do in 2.5 development cycles.

I really hope they dont opt for that giant ass grill. I hate the 2020 and up styling.
