First of all, welcome to the channel my friend! The answer to that question depends on how adept you are at managing your productive assets/portfolio. For example, if you fully understand how to utilize covered calls, cash secured puts, buy stocks with a margin of safety, and can manage to attain 18-20% annualized returns, and take mostly LONG TERM CAP GAINS (not short term) and qualified dividends, $200k would get you $36-$40k/year (before taxes). $40k is about the minimum to live a good, upper middle class lifestyle in Playa or CDMX imo. It can be done for less, but you would be a little further from the beach, likely in a studio apartment and cooking more meals at home. I hope that answers your question! Ex: If someone cancels on you because they said they're sick, believe them and don't assume they're lying. This mindset has helped me "not sweat the small stuff".

Hey Jiji! Let me first say, what a beautiful dream that is and thanks for sharing! I’ll be manifesting that for you and hoping to be one of your first customers (I need some trinkets and art of some sort for my apartment 🙄). As far as BTC, it would be hard to ignore what a strong performing asset it’s been over the last couple of months! It’s not really my area of deep knowledge however, and I tend to stay in my circle of competence when investing! Typically I’ve done the best in the aerospace/defense, healthcare, and consumer staples sectors and to a lesser degree real estate (Reits like ESS, AMT, O) and financials such as USB, JPM, BLK, which all pay safe, growing dividends. These aren’t generally going to get those 100% returns in the short term, but they compound well and some of them have netted me 60-70% annualized over short holding periods of 1-3 years! Hope that’s a helpful response! Not financial advice but always happy to share my financial and investing journey! ATB! 🏝️😎💰
