Is it ok to mention the country of origin as 'Designed by ooo(company or designer name), manufactured in China'？what else should I mention on the product other than the country of origin? Is it possible to make a sticker and stick on the product without printing on the product? Sorry for the many questions.

How does one ensure their warning label is FDA compliant? Is there someone that needs to review the warning label before print?
You could hire a consultant to review your label
