Yes, you are spot on! I had excruciating lower back pain years ago and nothing helped. Not therapy, and not anything my doctor tried. So after weeks of different therapies I had enough of going to these places that just made it worse. I told the therapist I wasn’t coming back bcz it’s too much pain to keep coming back for something that has done nothing. And this new therapist happened to be there that day and overheard our conversation and said would you just let me show you one more exercise to try and I promise you it will help. I said ok, but I don’t want to come back, and he showed me exactly what you are showing so I did it in the shower the next morning and a miracle happened! It was the ONLY THING, the only thing that took my months and months worth of pain, away, in a few days.....gone! I will never forget it!
Wow so glad you shared your experience. I’m definitely gonna try it. Mine is always on my right side and I know it’s because I haven’t been exercising as much of my lower abdominals are probably not as strong as it could be, but it’s also because of my hip flexors, becoming more stagnant over time so I’m gonna definitely try this in the morning
Really?I will do it also everyday ooh I have much pain for many years til now I have tried many medicine but no change if this is then I will put it more effort for sure u have proved me 🙏
Thank you!! I have had excruciating pain for over 3 weeks, I tried all the stretches I could find on RUclips for lower back pain, nothing worked, could hardly walk, sit or even stand up straight. Constant excruciating pain. Was heavily medicating daily. This stretch unlocked it immediately! I modified it slightly by placing my hands on a table behind me instead of on my buttocks. It just gave more support and safety as I was very unstable and in too much pain to do it free-standing. Relief was instant. I continue to do it every time I stand up. I’m amazed at how it unlocks everything and allows so much more mobility. (I’m over 40 and have chronic health conditions which are already pretty limiting, so having put my back out too was really debilitating for me). I’m so grateful 🙏🏼
This helped me so much ! Felt like something adjusted in my lower spine and released whatever was holding back my muscles from moving freely. Thank you !
Although still feeling the pain (I just started this exercise though)doing this exercise works. The key is to tuck in the belly button to get a deeper stretch in the groin area.
I got it!!! Its a perfect simingly simple excise that does exactly the right treatment. The other goodnesss is that i repeated this excise to peferction as the video kept repeating the instructions.
Thank you so much !!! I have been looking for something to relieve my back pain, with no much success. Now I can walk in the pa4k with my dog again . Thanks a million. And so simple, best of all.

@@pratikmhaske3746maybe u can try lying down on your back. Breathe out and you will noticed your belly button moving in / towards your back. That’s the feeling he is talking about.

To answer above question. Yes as long as the pain keeps coming. There’s a deeper issue that needs addressed to permanently fix this, and it has to do with a lack of stability and weakness in muscles around that area. I’ve been doing “the McGill big 3” core exercises for increasing stability around the core along with Bridges to increase strength in glutes. Those have helped me tremendously.
