As a coach who will win games snuffy is easily the best, but in terms of the neo league I think being under Chris is the most beneficial for the blue lockers.
Technically in pro play Chris would be considered a trainer. He def gets bonus point for the neo egoist league agenda, but if he got physically gifted players like Barou or Kunigami on his team it would be hard for them to get much benefit. It's even proven by Isagi asking Kunigami how to bulk up his weak foot and then Kunigami warns about over training and bulking messing with body type and play style.
but Christ is the better because he make every of his player better. Not only one.
@@valleydevv5593 no they would get stronger because Chris’s mindset and training improves what you specialize in and what your talents are while working on your weaknesses to make you as physically capable as possible. In his introduction he even says what Kunigami said before Kunigami said it.

i think noel's team is probably the most egoist of them all, he dont really care about his players improving physical strength (prince) dribbling (lavinho) tactics (snuffy), just plain old scoring the goal. that's how you know you are better than anyone when you just think of scoring the goal without those extra nonsense
Is not that Noel doesn’t care, his style of coaching is rationally and logic. He’s not a bad master, Noel isn’t going to give you hints, he actually makes you think logically. Snuffy and Noel team, their mojo is basically rationally and logic.
Also : snuffy is old (for football career) and soon to be retired so he already wise. and he want to be coach. not all player want to one, not even master striker. so he take this seriously, ubers can be his own team later on.

I knew I felt something different with Snuffy. He's instnatly one of my fav new Blue Lock characters. Love he's more relaistic views of Blue Lock, he can structure a ridiclously great team and his realtions with Barou is really cool. Can't wait to see him play.

I understand what you mean about Loki not being the best coach, and I don’t think he would be the best coach either but I do think him being the same age can give a different view compared to someone older, it’s similar to talking to a parent/teacher than talking to your friend about the same thing

I would say Chris is the best coach in terms of individual improvement and nobody can disagree, but Snuffy is the best coach in terms of the team tactics to help them win so yes Snuffy is the best

You can make a video of estimating values in blue lock an example is Noel Noah value you could just give characters that don't have values or offers whatever you want to call them so characters that don't have them you can give it to them to try to make an estimate of if they hypothetically had one how much would it be like sae you can say it's like 250 million yen same as Kaiser's are higher I personally think it's higher

7:34 I've seen a lot of people saying that Snuffy won the WC, but appart from the fact that its not mentioned in the manga, also that trophy that they are handling doesnt look like the WC trophy, and we know BL have freedom to show the trophy as it is in real life, since both times it was shown (when Reo was a kid and saw how Germany won it and when we saw Isagi imaginating that he won it) it looked like the official trophy

In contrast to Ego and Noel Noa who are like Redpill coaches who only want to develop their player's egos and if they fail to do so he'll disregard them as a whole, Snuffy cares about his players so much that he won't let a single talent go to waste, and that fact you mentioned that he was the only coach to factor in the mental health of these players is spot on, of course the minds of these players need to be taken care of just as much as their bodies.
Noel Noa is not like ego. It’s not that Noel doesn’t care about his players, he’s just has a more logical and rationally way of thinking, he’s not too invested in emotions which is nothing wrong with that. The Master job is to get the players to the best they can be no matter how they feel, the tuff reality is that your master can’t control how you feel and it isn’t his obligation to ask about your feelings. Noel does care about his players unlike Ego.

I never said they don't care about the players, in fact I'd even argue that Ego cares more about his top players more than Noa since when Isagi scored the game winner against the U-20 Japan team it was the first time in the story where Ego showed genuine exaggerated emotion.

Nothing wrong with checking up a player mental health, but your master is their to fix every single one of your problems or help you emotionally everytime, the main purpose of master job is make sure you become the best you can be. Noel isn’t a harsh master, his main focus is rationally and logic and when emotions get in the way of that then all logic and reasoning disappears. But I do like your point though about snuffy caring about his players mental health, it’s a very good point. But I think Noel Noa isn’t a bad master.
I wanna see Chris and Snuffy form a team together when they retire as they would be great coaches/trainers for individual and team performance

Also I personally don’t know if i could call Snuffy the best coach because he literally just tells everyone what to do in any situation which doesn’t need a player to think for himself and develope themselves. So in the long run I think this is one of the worst ways to teach.

I'm gonna have to disagree on this one. I think that Chris is slightly better as a coach. First of all, Snuffy's calculations inevitably have limits. What if Barou gets injured? Then he would need to draft an entire new set of plans to compensate, and then get every single player to memorize those plans. Second, Snuffy's micromanagement style could potentially kill the creativity and potential of the players. Sure, it works great in the short term. But in the long run? If a player decides to play for another team later on in their career, they might not be prepared to come up with strategies on the fly. It's similar to the issue that Chris had Nagi working on with Agi. While we have yet to see the result of Nagi returning to dependence on Reo, the narrative is foreshadowing that it won't turn out well. So I'd say overall, in terms of winning immediate games, Snuffy has the advantage, but when it comes to building up players for long-lasting success, Chris has him beat.
