    If I was at the beginning of my business, I'd allow the rebook. If not, I'd extra charge for the time and gas lost, you are a detailing company, not uber (not sure that's the best thing even if you're a big company).
    Maybe you can have an advance payed up to make sure the client takes some of the risk. Like 10-15% paid in advance for the online bookings, alongside with bulletmarked steps: you need to have the car accesible, make sure there are no kid chairs inside etc,

      Thanks Sergiu, I’m in my third month, the customer did rebook. They were apologetic and will be prepared. This has been a great learning opportunity for me.

    Sad no consideration or respect.
    Some treat us disrespectfully in the labor force and want us to work for below minimum wages.

      True that. Most customers are awesome, you meet all kinds when your in a service based industry.
