    I had natural ability when I was young, 66 now. I use to jump upon a 42 inch wall. The highest I could jump was 44 inches. I would do 3-4 sets of 12 with a 4-5 minute rest. It wasn't enough for me, im 5'9 3/4 inch tall.

      Would you do those movements slow to activate more muscle fibers. Like slow reps. Or fast reps?

      @@michaeldillard1408 I’m saying did you do any strength training or do you do plyometrics. Did you do depth jumps or strength training and what kind of strength the training

      Look, im 66 years old, we talking about in the early 1970 sports training was not nearly understood as it is to day. I was natural

      By making your legs stronger strengthening your quads glutes calves and hamstrings

    I can hit my head on the net when I jump my highest and im working on my vert so I can get my head near the rim 🤣 it’s gonna be a while but hard work pays off

    you can also bend your knees 0.2 m then try all your strength to jump high as you can

    Im 5'3 and my standing reach is 6'8 then my vertical is 28 is that good? I can barely touch the rim.

    If the centric portion of your explanation is still controversial.
    You can’t prove they gonna store energy into your muscles or your tendons…
    15° out of the range of motion is obligatory.
    Simple equation is half mass times velocity squared equals force.
    Yeah power output and we’re speed ex-wife call quick flinch muscle. Your group everyone together it’s more specific than that.…
    but hey the guys gotta make a living right…

    I’m 14, 5’11, with a standing maxed out reach of 7’9 and I can touch a 10 foot rim so if I did the math that means I have a 27 inch running vertical jump is that good?

    bro i just recently tested my vertical jump. I don't jump often but it was only 28 inches :(. I can squat over 1.5 x my bodyweight I'm 5'11 and 200lbs I dream of a 37 inch vertical, how can I achieve it.
