35 seconds in and I had my answer.
This solution works far better than right clicking on the selected bodies, and then screaming at the monitor, "I don't want to MOVE! I want to CREATE!"

Great tip on staying organized. Just did a model airplane with tons of ribs, spars, braces, etc. and this is just the ticket.

Thank you! Great, short video, just the topic. Most videos have a 10 minutes "dance around the table"; but this is good one.

How can you make similar thing with components? As i can't see any option of creatin a group for components. Just rigid group which does something different. Thanks!

Hi Tyler, I am a new user and you make great and totally understanable videos, however on this browser & folder topic, Can I move a sketch folder into a new component folder? I created a model and then decided to make it a component, however my sketch folder is living in the top folder and I can not get it to move into the created component folder. (I work on a Mac but that is not the issue right?) Can you help me out?

I have been under the impression it's always better to use components? What is the advantage of all of those slats being bodies instead?

Hi. I did that, but when I tried to export one group for printing, 2 groups ended joined in the stl file. How to detach them?

how does this affect things when you turn them into drawings?

Why not mentioned “combine” In most cases after design dedicated bodies are no longer needed. When needed you can always edit the time line

Really great point! As long as, that is what you want . One fused body is not always my design, especially wood projects.

@@TylerBeckofTECHESPRESSO I see it as an addition. Your options are great, but sometime a combine will do the job more easily
