I remember having this on ps2, and LOVING IT. It was so fucking cool, then years later I bought it on 360 hoping to get some nostalgia, never realizing this game had an entirely different version that was far more popular… played it and didn’t like it. Still remember dusting off the ps2 after being disappointed🤣 this version of force unleashed was easily my favourite Star Wars game.
Damn the Wii/PS2 version was so much better… still remember playing through it on my brothers PS2 and being mind blown at seeing a Sith Lord with a shield lmao. Don’t even get me started on Darth Phobos…
I almost wanna say that the PS2/Wii version of the game was the complete and real game. They both end the same but the PS2 had better gameplay and way more added to the story. The highlights of the PS3/xbox360 version were the graphics and cinematics. Which is why the game was marketed more for the newer consoles. As a kid I replayed it on PS2 dozens of times. And in my teens I later got it free from a friend on PS3 just to see the difference. And after only one playthrough on the PS3 I go "that's it?" It felt so short and lackluster than what I went through on PS2. And the "better graphics" we're only better in certain aspects. Places like kashykk, raxus prime, and Felicia were dull compared to the PS2 environment. PS2 version was a complete game and the PS3 only had sweet cinematics.
0:39 Cal kestis and bd-1 would've died instantly because thats *red* force lightning right there, which is speculated to be the strongest force lightning.
i was actually playing tfu on wii yesterday on this level too but it was unplayable because the wii kept telling me that the nunchuk wasn't plugged in for some reason. kinda crazy to see this in my recommended the day after
You know, Starkiller should've sought out Luke and teamed up with him to kill Vader and Palpatine. Instead all we got was an alternate storyline where he hunts Luke, and kills Force Ghost Obiwan lol
Darth Desolous lived 40 years before Revan, fought like an actual medieval knight with a cortosis shield and raised an army to kill so many Jedi and conquer the galaxy without Game of Thrones style backstabbing most Sith are known for! Man that's a laundry list for a one-shot villain. I bet even Sidious would wet his cloak just thinking of facing this guy in a dark alley.
Same race. Lore wise he was a fallen jedi council member around the Old Republic times iirc. Then someone thought it would be a good idea if jedi in training get their shit kicked in by the ghost of that absolute unit.
Dude, the Wii version of this game rocked
So much cooler than the PS3 version in my opinion.
Also, nice Metroid pic. :D
It was a good version of this game, maybe even the best.
Also the ps2 version I had as a kid was pretty much the wii version

And somehow Desolus looks better on wii than the grand inquisitor in Kenobi...
what the grand inquisitor should've looked like
I grew up with the wii version and I will always like this one more

Darth Phobos pussy got me acting unwise
still looks better than the live action grand inquisitor
It really doesn't.

Two of Palpatine's Sith Trooper legions in ROS were named after Darth Desolous and Darth Phobos.
didnt like the film that much but I did like that. Therefore making them Canon.
@@Xashe_ there were also a couple legions named after Tyrannus, Dooku's sith name, and Revan.

Another example of the Pau'an species that Disney didn't see when they designed the Grand Inquisitor
Why am I only just learning that the wii version was different
lmao
not only was it different, but also way better imo
Ps2 and psp
I grew up on this version
Same

I prefer this version than the PS3 one, both characters look pretty badass

Ouch, that sucks. I remember having similar problems as well. Hope you get that worked out!

True Wii/PSP sequel now!

His shield is so cool
This was on the PSP version as well!
When a VIDEO GAME from 2008 looks better than a live action show from 2022.
on wii too 😭
I played the PS2 version and from what I've seen the cutscenes and levels are the same as the Wii
I like how he has red lightning, apparently he’s more powerful than Palpatine
IMO the PSP/Wii Version of SWTFU was the Superior version just because of all the Extra content like this as Well as the Legacy Duels so much fun
Very good
I can't not hear Hiram Burrows from Dishonored 💀

Just the Wii/PS2 versions are the same. Xbox360 and PS3 are different versions than those :)
