Beth!! 'Roy' is French for 'King'!! The King came right up to you in that beautiful field! How amazing! I just discovered your channel and can honestly say, I am blessed because of it. I was welcomed into the Catholic Church at Easter Vigil 2024. Thank you so much for this New Year's video - I'm so looking forward to hearing more from you in 2025! My word: uplift My saint: St. Francis de Sales Sandra from Toronto
Hahahaha, that is amazing!! I was just thinking that there must be more to that Roy grace. Thank you!! Praise God for all He's done for you! Welcome home!! I know 2025 is going to be especially blessed - it's a jubilee year! I LOVE your word/Saint. More to come!
I shared your video with my Charismatic prayer group (8 people). They were very open to the idea of figuring out what their word and Saint for the year is this year. Thank you for sharing it. Pam; Winter Garden FL
The timing of this video was perfect for me… I had been discerning my word of the year and was pretty sure that I knew which word the Lord was leading me towards. You just affirmed my word for me, Beth. “Courage.” ❤
Soooo beautiful! St. Teresa of Avila is one of my favorites. She's a good friend! And surrender... wow. Sounds like Jesus wants to give you more and do more for you!
When you talked about choosing a saint to help you, I began to think and think. After a few seconds, St. Boniface popped into my head. “Nope, you’re not going to overthink think; I’m here. Done thinking!” Okay, but who are you? “You’ll find out, friend.” So there it is. My word is “shed.” I’ve a lot to shed. Thanks for this new and spiritual approach to word of the year. I’ve been doing it for many years, but never with a saint. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Oh my goodness! You are a beautiful soul! I "happened" upon this video and do believe it was from God. I have been thinking for quite awhile that I want to learn more about Saints. I prayed with you at the end of the video from my heart. Thank you so much. ❤❤❤
Thank you, sweet Mary! So glad the Lord led you here - that means He already has a Saint friend for you! Just pay attention to who keeps showing up. They'll find you!
My word is community and my Saint is St. Iris. I've never heard of St. Iris before. My word and saint popped into my head immediately. I'm excited to see where the Lord will lead me this year.
My word for this year is Promise, my saint is St. Jane Frances de Chantel, and my verse is Psalm 23:6. So excited for how God speaks to me through this in 2025!
My word is "Resolve" and my Saint is Rita. Please pray for me for employment, my driving test and my struggles with my father this year. God Bless everyone, happy New Year 2025
Word of the year: Hope. And Saint Felicity. And you are right, repetition is a clear sign. Ive heard the word hope and felicity in the same sentence in a tv show and have seen and heard these 2 words a lot lately.
Thank You!! It is new years eve and I am looking for a new years intention with my faith. This message is an answer to my prayers!! Have a BLESSED 2025!!
Thank you for your guidance. The word that has been coming up for me the last couple of days is Prudence. The Archangel St. Raphael will be my saint this year. God bless.
My word is: Silence. I dont choose one saint in particular, rather I read various books of different ones throughout the year. But my virtue to strive towards this year is: humility.
I don’t know what 2025 will be, but 2024 was the year I turned back to God. And looking back, I can see very clearly that my word was Endure and my saint was Padre Pio. I will be asking for guidance for 2025
Praise God He's led you home into His Heart. No doubt Padre Pio had a lot to do with that. ;) Excited for what the Lord has for you this year! There's always more with Him.
My saint is Saint Paisios of Mount Athos and my word is Fierce. The search for my saint and word began after having a dream of a face to face encounter with a mountain lion and Saint Paisios was known as the “Mountain Lion Saint”. Thank you Beth for encouraging us to do this. I’m going into 2025 with a confident fierceness! Grrrrrrrreat!!!
My word is Room, as in make room. I saw it in a daily reflection book for Advent and Christmas this morning. My saint for 2025 is Saint Hildegard of Bingen.
This is something to spend some time to think about today. St. Therese of Lisieux has been touching my soul from reading her autobiography. She’s been so relatable that it brings tears to my eyes to relate to a Saint. I’ll have to pick my word of the year wisely.
Thanks for this Beth you helped me see my word, faith. I feel I have been given St Lucy but I find myself resisting her and feeling somewhat apprehensive...😬
Faith is so beautiful!! He always wants more of our hearts/trust. How beautiful that you're responding to His desires. St. Lucy is amazing! I find that apprehension/resistance are usually a good sign, lol. There's going to be more than you can see right now but it will unfold. Oh! St. Lucy's patronage has to do with sight/eyes. Perhaps she's going to teach you to walk by faith and not by sight!
I've been doing it for ten years now! Didn't knew that someone was doing it too! My words always were hard to work with, but in december I can see them trought my actions all year long. I never choose the saint. It will be my first this year! I use the Jen Fulwiler word generator😊 and she has one for saints too! My word is "remember" and st. Maria Goretti will help me trought 2025! Have a blessed year!
