looking @ this i can only wonder, how can they even call those windows 'efficient' in any regard if they r made this way... and boy, oh boy... y no standard on those bars, latches, etc? those windows look the same. no homeowner would ever notice any difference if those latches were standardized... but no... $**ty capitalism... @ least we - homeowners - should b grateful (Thanksgiving is coming) 4 companies like Swisco filling the niche...

I just purchased pivot bars from you. How do you replace pivot bars that have been sheared off and there is a piece still in the sash?
If there's no way to remove the pivot bar easily, you could push it further into the frame to make space for a new one.
