Trilby center crease in the crown flat brim. Fedora teardrop dent in the crown ( don't forget the C-crown, not all Fedoras had them but they were rather a trademark of the style) and a snapable brim (that was a must). By the way lower class slang for a high crowned bowler was "Stiff Katy" don't ask me why, the elderly persons who used the term in my childhood didn't know themselves.
