You say 7 in your title, but the Windows 7 screen looks different for advanced options. There's no command prompt option, just Safe Mode with Command Prompt, but my laptop can't even load that. I was able to use a Windows installation USB to start up the command prompt, did all the steps you recommended, but it's still stuck in the same loop.
Works for Windows 8 and above
The first I tried it… works but I don’t know the reason why I have the error again….. any solution because I’ve tried it again and it not working so far 😢

@@Obliterator786 Did you guys get any success taking it to a repair shop? I also tried the steps in this video but no success, same problem. I'm hoping to save my data on the computer so I don't want to completely reinstall Windows unless that's the only option. Even then I'm thinking I'll buy a refurb laptop that works and use an enclosure to get the documents I need from the old laptop. Anyhow let us know if you were able to find a fix!

It’s not working for me 😭 I’ve tried so many! At first it was asking for a bit locker recovery key, I searched for it & it said pretty much I didn’t have one, but my computer is literally connected to my Microsoft account, I see it there, it says it’s been disabled. I tried the command prompt & I think I reset it, but it won’t let me log in without it rebooting. I’ve tried all the options there was to reboot it & still nothing. Please help!!

I'm facing major problems in my laptop like: After starting laptop the laptop does nothing when i press mousepad right button for refresh it doesn't work as well as keyboard, keyboard light shows that is on but not working, only few buttons working - num lock caps lock scroll lock , alt+f4 and alt+tab buttons. What's the problem ? I updated latest update but problem not solved and my keyboard mouse is everything works on another computer ☠️

I've followed all the steps but when I exit it continues to continue instead it goes back to automatic repair
I am using windows 10 version, tried all methods to repair but couldn't find a solution..Safemode also not opening in the PC, Reset PC Option is Gyaab.. Final error I m getting is No system restore point in your PC.

I reinstalled windows 11 by pressing shift button along with power button. Now the problem is if i turn on power button not pressing shift then it will go to recovery screen. If i press both power button +shift then it will go to windows. Do you know whats happening here?

After sfc /scannow command it shows there is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart windows and run sfc again
I'm trying to boot my windows from external hard drive. After following the methods you showed us, I restart the machine to boot from external.

SOLUTION :: Guys if SCREEN GOES BLACK after the restart (after you done all this showing in video) try to increase the brightness of screen it is worked for me 😅
This did not fix the startup problem. I tried deleting all files in catroot2
