WOW! This is absolutely amazing! The attention to detail is astounding. Keep up the great work -
i am absolutely obsessed with this video, the house, the music. all the things. #filminggoals 🤍 and i’m truly inspired!
Don't forget to give credits to the editor who is the unsung hero.
@@deepakkb600 he edits his own videos?
Le travail réalisé sur cette belle villa est tout bonnement incroyable, du travail de grande qualité et vraiment magnifique !
The music and sfx made everything in this video more pleasant
Incredibly done video, I've even noticed the tiny details like the sound design on the Audi, leaves and flowing water.
I really like the idea of adding a car into the video. It really adds to the story in my opinion. Feels more like a place to live than an empty building. Awesome job👏
#chandigarhpropertyclub
Great job, the sequencing of the shots to tell the story is the take away. Excellent shooting goes without saying.... but deserves mentioning.
What a great home to showcase your talents! Impressive work, client should be thrilled.
Don’t understand some of these shots? Shots of portion of tree?? Corner tip of roof?? 😂😂
Impressive work! Very inspiring 👏👏👏 How do you manage to balance ambient light and natural light without the nasty blue tint on windows? Any tips? Thanks
Hats off to you, looks like everyone bought it like it was a real filming. Bravo!
I keep coming back to the video to check up on the course for video editing. Can't wait!!!
Me too! I sent him a message today on Instagram re the course. No response yet. Have you heard when it will be ready?
The storytelling and the dolly zoom shot was awesome!
Exceptional work Trevor!
amazing video, How did you balance the exposure for the windows and interior? Did you shoot log and do grading? Im struggling on this exposure.Please..
Would love to see a breakdown of how you managed this look. Some before and after clips and the how you got both the interior and windows exposed perfectly. Been looking for something like this forever! Loved this!
Thanks man! Sounds like a great video topic.
@Spoderman 116 Shot in S-LOG 2
@@wymangentry I did not
@@wymangentry It was overcast outside when I shot the home, so that helped even everything out :)
Mate this bloke can’t even let people know the name of the track let alone make a tutorial
Breath taking! 👍
Thanks for helping me step up my RE video game. Much needed
Just how is your pacing so consistent shooting in 24fps 🤯🤯 that leaves zero room for error as you can’t slow that in post. Sure warp stabilizer can help a lot but your ninja walk is perfect speed and matches every shot. Very nice
The fact that he speeds up some parts makes a contrast with the normal speed and make it seems like it was slowed down
Wow! Very well done! Great music selection.
Excellent! Love the music and some of those movements!
I'm happy to see this is an Indian's home. Loved...❤
This was amazing!!
In awe, shooting a property tomorrow and I’m so inspired by your work!
Thanks Elizabeth! :)
Hello Elizabeth how are you doing!!
This is very nice cinematography, all elements blend perfectly
This is the best video by far!
I have my first paid real estate video gig this week and this has inspired me. It won’t look as good as this but I’m damn sure going to try!
Howd it go?
Absolutely beautiful work. Very inspired
AWESOME JOB!!!!!
Is there a formula as to how you choose your shots?
Also do you create individual shot lists for each property or do you use a premade formula that you follow each shoot?
Yes the quadratic formula
Kudos to editing and photography team
Amazing work 💯
Bloody beautiful! ❤
wow! this is phenomenal!
Pure Inspiration.
Please do a tutorial on your ninja walk. I’m impressed
What a beautiful video, well done.
Love your style! Great video :)
Thanks man!
Did you have any vignetting with the 12mm Laowa? Love the video by the way!!
Super crisp brother. 🤜🤛
Very good...super inspiring filming technic ...thanks guys
Super well-done video! can't believe you filmed this in purely 24fps, going to watch the other video on how you got those smooth shots.
bäääm amazing job!👌🏻choice of music perfect
This is what happens when a cinematographer starts doing real estate video.
How you manage to remain the view from window outdoor , what picture profile because I love this video
did u use a nd filter? if so what kind
you absolutely destroyed this video, insane!😏
This is amazing.
Amazing! What drone did you use for the final shots?
Just dropped a new video on my main channel - detailing some of the ways I used speed ramping in this video / how I get smoother shots 🙌 ruclips.net/video/5ZdXJh9A83s/видео.html
Where do you find good real estate music….need help 🙏🏽
Love your work man. Wondering what song you used, and would be able to provide a link to it?
Can anyone please tell me the end instrumental sound is from which artist or if it exists in RUclips please let me know, loved it
Waw, très belles images! 🤩
awesome video. how you got this much quality on a7iii? which picture profile you used? you shoot at 24fps or 30 fps? slowmotions are shot in 1080 no? please reply.
Such a sick and clean video man I hope to be able to shoot like this one
Hey great work! Do you recommend this Lens for everyday Real Estate video work!!?
Beautiful work.
Great Job, this is really nice !
Hi love the work 💕 did u get the music from music bed or artlist ? If so whats the name of the track cheers keep glowing ✨
Gonna use that in my edit
Gotta say too, impressive design, hope one day I'd get to build such buildings, still a civil eng. Student
You came back and shot at sundown, thats how you finish it like a pro! How did you balance interior footage without over exposed windows?
Variable ND filter. Spend the money and it'll save the day!
This was amazing 👏🙌 great job! New sub here!
Very impressive!
question i have is because its such a wide focal lens, do you have to undistort in post?
Very cinematic! How did you achieve the dolly zoom shot ?
Wow!
Dope!
Beautiful video, I saw you a sneaking lens!
What picture profile did you use to expose inside and outside like this?
Simply 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Appreciate it

Wow!!
Happy to see the post using the 12mm. Verticals are barreled as I though they would be. I will stick with my 16mm and 17mm with the full frame sensor. I use the 12mm with the 1.3 crop 4K 1DXMKII.
What focus mode do you use?
Well done and nice property
Amazing Videography ❤
Fantastic! Now, I am curious how are you planning to shoot this kind of cinematic videos. May you share some tips? 😊👌
damn this is amazing work.. i loved your idea of shoot and score used perfectly ... whats this lauwa 12mm lens ? details are HDR how did you managed to pull that out
Beautifully shot. Not into the house but the video is awesome.
Wow really superb
How did you set the sony a7 iii for this. I am struggling with setting ( color Profilie )
Wow, really nice video!!! Awesome... 😃
I am using 24-70mm lenses and realize it is not wide enough for real estate videos. May I ask which lenses you recommend?
Hey man, I noticed you have your Sony V2 LUT pack on your website.
I just got a a7iii and am learning slog2 and the other pps, I would love some of your luts for those pps
Amazing Video 👍
awesome!
hola que herramientas puedo utilizar para crear estos videos tan profesionales Gracias
Beautiful 😻
great video!!
Hi, great video. I would also have the question as many people here already ask but you didn't answer, how did you exposed the shot for the windows and interior so good? I am sure everybody would appreciate the answer. Thank you.
Cameras have only so much dynamic range. 13 stops is pretty much the max you can get. That's with a Red or another high end cinema camera. That will be raw footage which allows you to get the most out of the range. The Sony 7R IV claims 15 . The GH5 has about 10 stops. The only way to evenly expose the windows and interiors is to either light the interior or use the existing interior lights. It also helps to shoot on an overcast day or earlier or later in the day.
one can’t castels in day. one has to build day by day. at the initial stage people are like unguided missiles. one can’t succeed unless a proper direction is provided. To make money in the real estate you need to specific points in mind. there comes in 8things your real estate helps you. many have followed it and started flying. Yo can do it too.click her
Nice 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Song ?
Asian Life - Aleksy Chistilin
Looks awesome ! What are you thinking about the new 14mm Sony lens now that it’s out ?
Great question, was just checking it out. I'm going to stick with the Laowa for the extra 2 mm and zero distortion (Plus the price is way cheaper with the Laowa)
sick!!
could you please tell me how you are filming indoors and can actually see through the windows? and they are not all blown out?
I love this
yes this is the great videos fully clarity and nice videography
Where do you get your music? They are all dope
Really great work! What PP do you use on the A7III?
Thanks! I use Cine4 and SLOG2. And grade using my Luts trevorbobyk.com/shop/p/sony-lut-pack
Amazing video, May I know the name of the music
Wow
Nice one
this was so so gooooooooood. Out of curiosity how much would you charge a client for something like this?
Did you use any ND filter indoors?
Music is amazing
