Honestly, it looks great however it isn't. Have big buttons and nice grip but that's all. There is no gyro control, it's ok. Totally, it's not a big deal. Main problem is back buttons. I was thinking before buy "Finally, I can add more button". Well, if add a back button from front, then front button will cancel. This is sucks.
Well I give only 4 point. It's cheap and good for value but there is no extra. Extra buttons not works all the time and no gyro.

I have this and it didn't even last one week before the tiny spring that gives the right trigger resistance snapped and broke on light gameplay. I tried asking support for replacement parts but no dice. The item I got also came with the box already open/seals cut open, but the official support said they just do that due to checking quality. No warranty seal either.
The controller itself is nice, but the plastic isn't that nice due to the waxy feel (I like the Mobapad Gemini's matte plastic and texture better). The shape also needs some improvement aside from the actual buttons (Again Mobapad Gemini beats this there). The sticks have deadzones, and it can't wake up the Switch from sleep when it's plugged via the USB charger. You have to take the cable out of the port, press the Switch power button, and then it works. The only thing I like from this is how solid and secure the Switch feels with it on, and the simple to use 4 extra back buttons. IMO, Dobe could use a lot of ideas from the Mobapad Gemini to make a better version of this controller. And to think Mobapad has sucky macro back buttons. Oh how I wish they would collab for the ultimate Switch joycon/controller.
How you map the back buttons?
Dobe, this controller suddenly disconected in the middle of gameplay and refuse to be paired no matter what i did, restart and turn off the console won't do, any solutions to fix this issue?
It feels like a great control, but gyro control is not working as it should it works a little when angled up and down. But from left and right there is no movement. Gyro is unusable this way. I tried contacting the seller who doesn't seem to care to help. Also the white light always stays on and i don't think it supposed to.
Is there a way to adjust or power off vibration??

Ive got a problem, everytime i accidentally click the upper right custom button at the back, it activates the scroll up function. How to disable it?

Man, does ANYONE know how I can get the carrying case for this? All I can find on amazon is a combo of the controller and case, I just already have the controller only need a case. It doesn't even have to be the official dobe case. Just any carrying case for nintendo switch that will fit this controller.
Gyro is hard to control, how to setting this??

I use the butterfox carrying case as it's big enough to use with the switch pad pro controllers attached to the switch itself, so this case may work with this grip as well.
I love this thing it’s fantastic I just wish I knew how to map the 4 back buttons

Have you figured it out?
-Hold "+" and the "back button"you wanna assign.
-the home button will flash in white.
-Press any of the face buttons and it will be assigned to the back button.
-Press the same back button to exit customization mode.
Press + for 5 seconds to reset the back buttons.
