I live in a constitutional carry state. I also have my permit. This shows a perspective seller that I have proven that I meet the requirements of ownership. I would also require that of a perspective buyer.
@@Jello998 if you feel it’s unsafe to begin with, maybe don’t sell or buy from that individual. It’s optional and not needed but it insures that the other person doesn’t screw you over. You can prove who you sold it to or who you bought it from if needed for authorities.
Well your options are pretty slim once you already bought the firearm and you can’t get in contact with him. Do you by chance have a photo of his license or information?
@@conservativegunsandarmor I just know his full name. And to be honest, I've contacted him. And he's not replying or taking my calls. Just said what I said, because he's refusing to answer me. He did initially respond when I contacted him the first time, (hey man, this is ___ from ___, I have a question for you) and he responded (what's up) and from there he's been ignoring me
We would recommend printing out a bill of sale and fill out the information you can. Even if it’s not fully completed on his end, you at least have the date, serial number, model, etc.
@@conservativegunsandarmor thank you so much. Is their a website you'd recommend to review. I barely getting into this stuff. And searching on RUclips or Google , has a lot of confusing answers. I'm in the state of South Dakota.
@@conservativegunsandarmor I am the Baba Yaga, Also not sure if you've covered the carry loophole, but 18 year olds in georgia can get a non resident permit from new hampshire and carry in Georgia. this is stated in sb 319 which is Georgia's defintion of a lawful weapon carrier " Anyone licensed to carry a weapon in anothor state ". is a lawful weapon carrier
Current federal law requires background checks to be performed for anyone purchasing a firearm at a federally licensed gun dealer-however only 40% of guns sold in the US are sold through a federally licensed dealer. In most states, sales at gun shows, flea markets, and private gun sales are not subject to regulations.
I’d recommend watching our video over the “gun show loophole”. You still have to go through background checks at gun shows. And we’re not talking about bubba’s backyard gun show, an actual gun show😂
Bought my first handgun at an Olive garden when i was 19 😅! Loved Arizona.
Paste and guns😎🫡
Very useful information, thank you
You’re very welcome🫡

What? Now I can’t sell firearms in a back alley? I thought this was America?
Isn’t it unsafe to provide my driver license number or a photocopy?

What about background check
not ur issue😊
Background checks are unconstitutional and therefore not necessary
