What an absolute joke of an App. I used it in an absolute emergency dialling 999 and told the operator "Hang on I have What 3 Words"...then when I opened the App it was full of pages of junk, and more junk and finally I had to give up and find another means to describe exactly where the emergency was.
@andymullen684 it was because I hadn't open the app for ages. It had probably updated and wanted to guide me through pages of crap before finally working. In an emergency that's no use

Maybe you have a virus. I use it quite a lot & don't have this problem.
