Also, pls ensure apka hath nahi lagna chahiye.... from start to end of paratha making.... Try the "Wingardium Leviosa" spell from Harry Potter, paratha dough apse ap ban jayega 😁😁😁
Indian street food is very unhygienic looking at how it is being prepared. Especially in the northern and eastern region. In the south and west there are a few street food vendors who seem to maintain some level of hygiene. I am not comparing with Pakistan or Bangladesh but if you compare with the rest of Asia they are most unhygienic. Customers need to demand hygiene.
What's the point of making such a big paratha and then tearing it up into pieces as if you're serving it to a child? Just make normal sized ones. It will be easier, quicker and a lot cleaner. Rubbing his oily hands all over it the entire time was disgusting just to watch.
They r making such a big paratha bcz they sell it in quantity not in per pieces, whoever wants whatever quantity like 100gm 200 gm 1/2 kilo etc they can easily give it to them by tearing it, in this way their time will also save...
@@Johntreff single partha after a while will harden when cold , this paratha breaks into many layers , so even when not hot it's soft , you have to eat petai partha and normal paratha to know the difference, moreover it's sold as per weight , so one person is not cheated by size of paratha which may vary from shop to shop , to keep the prices standard and cut cooking time this is done , who wants to roll out 100 parathas each day when you can roll a few big ones , more over it's the layered texture which makes it tasty
