I’m from the states. I wish we had in my hometown an Indian restaurant. Indian food is so diverse. I want to try Indian food before I die.We only have Chinese, which I love. But, now that I’m older, I want to try different foods, especially Indian.

I like Calcutta because nobody forces me to speak Bengali unlike Bangalore and Chennai. Bengali sounds so sweet ecen if I can't understand much of it. I like this type of food with low spices and less oil. Sambar, chutney etc burns my mouth and can't feel any taste after that, only lingering pain and blisters.

@@omkarkhude79 it's not a cafe and in Kolkata roadside stall sells tea for 5 and 10 and bread omlette for 22
Add few more to it for butter but bread butter won't be more than ₹10 per piece

I like the way he cooks and serve food, reminds me of kids days. All food i have eaten back in my days every day . He is cooking in a simple way and his attitude is a big plus. When ever I travel back india I will definitely go this place and eat food. Hats off boss for both the food blogger and the great and down to earth chef . Really appreciate that.
In Kolkata you can easily survive while eating good healthy filling meals for less than 100 per day. Incredibly affordable.
