I like the way he cooks and serve food, reminds me of kids days. All food i have eaten back in my days every day . He is cooking in a simple way and his attitude is a big plus. When ever I travel back india I will definitely go this place and eat food. Hats off boss for both the food blogger and the great and down to earth chef . Really appreciate that.
I like Calcutta because nobody forces me to speak Bengali unlike Bangalore and Chennai. Bengali sounds so sweet ecen if I can't understand much of it. I like this type of food with low spices and less oil. Sambar, chutney etc burns my mouth and can't feel any taste after that, only lingering pain and blisters.
They make you speak Bengali in Bangalore & Chennai? Weird. And WTF are you putting in your Sambar to burn your mouth? Maybe don't eat boiling food? Bangalore's sambar is rather sweet by most standard indian food. BTW most items here are western breakfast food with toast omelette. Of course they are sweet & basically unhealthy.
