BTW, I think one thing make Kubo’s twist great is the way he write it not to make you expect something crazy in the future, but when you see it you realize the connection in the past. It is really not the same like Naruto or One Piece when you expect some back story to explain things up in the future. I think Kubo has the plan for the ending and main story structure from the beginning, then he dropped reveal and twist that you can connect in the early story but look over it back then

For me, one of biggest plot twists was one revealed in Klub Outside: Ichibe was the one to interfere with the talk Ichigo had with Yhwach once he meet him first time in his inner world... ( in manga, Yhwach name was all covered with black ink...)

It’s so crazy. Sometimes a small detail can play a huge factor in the future. Just puts you in shock lol
