Great attending the class up at Bulcher, Texas. I've been riding and racing longer than this young man has been alive and I was totally embarrassed and Humbled by his ability. I thought I could ride. Needless to say I'm a better man. This man can RIDE! PS (he likes a great Texas Ribeye, Medium Rare)
Graham, you are very patient and helpful, and able to pinpoint the movement and weighting and control manipulation corrections for each of these riders at each attempt. Fantastic! They all want to be able to handle the technical areas during a race with the smoothness that you do. One day hoping to blow past a competitor and thinking if not saying, CHEERS. Thanks Graham for the great tips!
I’m as green as u can get to this sport and the stuff u covered really does help give me in depth insight to wat and were I gotta begin at and practic most often

priority 1 look like you have your S*#T together and then you can opt out and say your just have an "off day" when you get around the high level badasses...
I did a class with Shane Watts years ago. I had a ragged out Kdx220, cheap ripped up gear, and the right attitude. I almost felt bad for the guys on the brand new KTMs and full Klim gear with airoh helmets. He was just ripping them up and down because I was doing better than them at a lot of things 😂😂
A lot of em look like they have the rebound adjustment on the slowest setting, it's hard double hard to get the front up if the rebound is flat.Getting the bike up and holding it is difficult for me.
Thats how it really begins..but the most important thing is repetitions and never ending training...process and progress..if jarvis can do it they can do it .
Mr Jarvis if you ever happen to be out in Mattawa again I have 92 acres of private land, chainsaws, and a bobcat at your disposal for the low low price of making me feel stupid, ie: a lesson from his holiness lol
When everyone is practicing their wheelies using the suspension, is it purely your weight pressing down the front forks? Or is everyone tapping their front brakes a bit?
Totally. You may need to change the spring on the shock to suit your weight, but yes, a 300 trail bike is suitable. Preferable to try this kind of stuff with something nimbler and shorter like a Freeride 250r
Certainly is Gareth. Anyone coming from motocross to enduro would benefit much from having access to a trials bike, if only an old one. Nothing serious like an event, just mess about in woodlands, rocks, logs and a stream bed.
Does anyone or even GJ for that matter ever touch on riders getting their bike lowered to better suit the trials skills? It seems like most the top hard enduro dudes are tall and make the bikes look small...
For a lot of that slow stuff or any tricks the lighter the bike he better 2 stroke smallest cc possible so you could wip it around 4 strokes I think have some advantages traction 1 of them 2 strokes a lot of wheel spin but when the grab they grab for trail riding period I would take a 250 cc 4 stroke lighter the better easier to ride 2 stroke lots of fun but have to be on the gas hard all the time it seems couldn't do that all day I'm gonna be 51 in march plus I'm out of shape over weight a little
BikeRidinManiac thats not true really. You have to remember the smaller the cc the less torque and bottom end power you have. A 300cc 2 stroke is splitting down the middle really. Most have great bottom end power and torque. Plus most have electric start now too. And there are several that offer a more trail sided version that is a bit shorter and more torquee engine that would probably make things a bit easier fir lesser skilled or even shorter riders but those bikes are not designed for racing either.
He is actually on a bone stock bike most the time in these classes. The local dealer give him a brand new bike they throw on his graphics sometimes and change a tire.
How about how awesome is Graham Jarvis for letting all these people film his training tutorials.. the guys are straight up winner, dirt bike or not!!
you can see them actually learning and imporving. Kudos!
He makes it look so easy. Stress's me out just watching.

Graham doing the uphill climb while keeping good traction making it all look so easy.
How much dedication is needed to help the people learn proper Skills?
Graham: yes
Wow. Pretty talented class that day.
I’m as green as u can get to this sport and the stuff u covered really does help give me in depth insight to wat and were I gotta begin at and practic most often

Great video! Thanks for sharing... Great material to help during a practice ride
When they pre load the suspension and pull back up. Are they clutching up or just throttle
27 minutes of how to make people look like they've got all the gear and no idea (myself included)
priority 1 look like you have your S*#T together and then you can opt out and say your just have an "off day" when you get around the high level badasses...

Aaaha, just my thoughts!

Jarvis en serio eres puro talento. gracias por compartir tus técnicas

Can i come and ride?😍
I goggled Mattawa. Nothing there for me. I'd rather see Utah.

this guy is a legend
What nombor of gear they used to apply jump and handling?
Great vid !!! thanks for sharing some practicing gold.

Great video! love the technique advice!
This guy makes things look so so so easy. Fucking deceiving is an understatement.
He makes it look so easy
I bet it was a long race for these cats..Jarvis is a patient man, kudos
super skills merci!
4:01 Graham shaking his head! "Why is he humping his bike?" Anywho, great video!
Lol
I’d be embarrassed to even start my dirt bike in front of him
(Honks the horn instead of pushing e start)
3:55 gold!
It would probably also help to have Grahams suspension setup for starters
I’m pretty sure graham doesn’t tune his suspension
Nice tutorial.
Iam indonesia.i love you
can I use some of this footage for a graham jarvis tip compilation? will give credits in description :)
hope i can learn somthing from watching your vid pros always make it look easy but its very very hard,
Top 🔝🔝
True professional with everyday riders, priceless. I wonder how the standing wheelie technique works with riders who are 5'2? LOL
Definitely priceless! One and only sport which is you can be a startline side by side with World Champs as an amateur!
@@Endurochannel good stuff.
That girl in the background around 5:45 is pretty darn short...
can i use those kind of bikes. im only at short 5.7"
Yep im same height as you, you just need to lower the front a lil bit

john kilner he's not human that's how.
You know it feel even better to do cool shit when you can do things others can’t on much pricier bikes
15:35 look how easy jarvis do that, diffrent skill look from there
Nice i never got this bro😅
This is for beginners right?
AnyoneKnows which gear they are using?
Ferris Yao Do you mean to ask which gear is engaged inside the transmission while they’re practicing? Probably first.

you use the clutch lever when the bike is raised
Homeboy at 3:40 has a bike that’s fucking gigantic for him
It's the difference between a childhood spent on a trials bike and one spent on a motocross bike

Gear doesn’t matter TO AN EXTENT, I ride in torn up muck boots, jeans and a tee shirt. I feel like I am not totally oblivious either

You think the 4 strokes lighter?
Слышны русские голоса. "Зажимаешь задний тормоз и что-то там подвеска" )
Lol you needed to teach them how to set up there suspension before this video
Keep in mind jarvis could do all of this stuff on a 30 year old postie bike
Lol well it would be much easier if there bikes where set right
He is actually on a bone stock bike most the time in these classes. The local dealer give him a brand new bike they throw on his graphics sometimes and change a tire.
