Cops didnt change
Cameras did.
Quick reminder that sheriff grady Judd still refuses to get bodycams for his department. Never trust a police officer who hates cameras, especially one in leadership
How many millions do these cops cost the tax payer in civil rights lawsuits each year? Please investigate that
I'm sure it is a lot!
Quick reminder that trump wants police officers to have federal immunity
3.6 billion from the 25 biggest police departments in a 10 year period..
Police: "Your job is to Fund us, no questions asked! Is that so hard to understand?!"
What is the city's legal department budget?
Professional liars
Not when we have cameras to refute those “lies” & “liars”. Please try again

Investigations are done by Civilian Review Board
@@firstsgt279 are they the ones bringing charges against cops and holding them accountable? They investigate then turn their findings over to who? Who hands out consequences? All they can do is investigate and turn over their findings. Same as Minneapolis same as LA same as New York and Memphis etc etc.. Where police misconduct is rampant. And they also have no consequences 99.9% of the time. They do their part but like everywhere else it's the departments and da's and judges failing to hold these criminals with badges accountable and we the people suffer because of it. Physically and financially.
@@firstsgt279 No. The CRB is still being established.
Those "civilian" boards are HARDLY "civilian" MANY are packed with retired cops, union reps, etc!! Look into it!!!

Need to investigate the whole maricopa county

Where/how did you get your pic of the -Redskins- NFL team that plays...outside of Washington?
They would never act that way without a badge and gun...
Criminals do this

Phoenix PD at it again. Why does this not surprise me. Along with Mesa PD. They must employ the same tyrants 😂
It never ends with this department.

From what I heard, their Fire Department is worthless too.
@@smorris281 we just had two firefighters arrested for burning down our church.
Maybe we should let citizens investigate themselves too
Police investigating themselves in the major problem. They can’t do so and remain unbiased
That and not being punished when they commit actual crimes. All they get is paid vacations.
the largest LEGAL GANG in AMERICA

Civilian Review Board actually does the Investigating

Most often those are toothless, and loaded with former cops.
"we have investigated ourselves, and found that we did nothing wrong"
is always the answer when police departments are allowed to investigate themselves.
civilian oversight board, with members that have no ties to law enforcement should be demanded by the people
Dave deserves the Pulitzer for journalism
THEY ALWAYS HAVE TIES!! They stack the "CRBs" with the retired, Union reps, etc, nothing new! Check out where they do have them, not much of a difference!!!
This is what qualified immunity gets you, one day the supreme court will wake from its slumber & get rid of it.
I too wish they would abolish qualified immunity , BUT I won't hold my breath ...
Honestly, even if they did Congress would write the law such that there would be so many loopholes for cops to exploit, it would be effectively useless.
Especially with six unethical Supreme Court justices.
@user-ly4ko3sf3s that will never happen. Until everyone decides not vote a president that's willing to fight for us. But. Will see.
Not the conservative pro-jim crow supreme court, nope.
If you don’t do something when you see something wrong in your presence; you’re complicit.
That only applies to us. Accessory after the fact does not apply to cops otherwise we wouldn't have so many of the bastards!

Dave is the best! He holds those lazy welfare queens accountable!

Yes, he is also a PATRIOT 🇺🇸

Q: What’s a police officer’s favorite place to eat?
A: The trough
Sweep it under the rug.
In 2021 I was pulled out at gunpoint by phoenix pd for a car they already recovered, they never deleted it from NCIB. such loose policing is scary.
Policing hasn’t changed in over 50 years …. What’s changed is there are cameras EVERYWHERE 🤷🏻
Payouts need to be TAKEN from police pension funds.
When you fear integrity and accountability, you are NOT the good guys! And cops wonder why no one trusts or respects them, anymore.
But let's be honest; do you really think any of them care what we think?
@@pneulancer They better if they want to keep calling themselves the good guys.
There is a reason that the Phoenix and Mesa PD's are well known to be the worst police departments in the entire country.
@soupsandwich1 Well known to YOU maybe lol That seems a bit subjective. I'm sure there's plenty of others too.
Then don’t do stupid stuff
Thank you abc15!!!!
A badge and gun means you can do whatever you want, say whatever you want, and have complete immunity.
This is the power that voters granted them for decades. Both parties tried to be the hardest on crime. They were granted more and more power. Now they are so powerful, that they can barely be touched. They aren't just abusing black people anymore.
I have worked as an LEO in 3 different states as a reserve / part time officer. I quit shortly after moving to Az. PHX, Glendale, and Peoria were some of the worst in the country and I just bagged it
Phoenix PD is the reason AP ammo is so popular in Maricopa County.
Idiot.
Thank you all for these story’s! All over Arizona callous indifference, out right violations of many laws specially disability law! Anything that might call attention will be “pick” on with sexual innuendos common!
Really just another type of criminality!
Drug allergies near died refused treatment by nurse practitioner & doctors! Office staff committing billing fraud make appointments after anaphylaxis diverting from appropriate medical care! 2011 still refusing in servers pain now 2024!
Wait- are we supposed to be surprised?
Hmmmm we investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong…. Go figure.
Cop's just think they are above the law, can do anything without consequence
They are the law
The best investigative reporter. Period.
Policy is not law and it needs to stop being used as a shield for criminal activity.
If their loved ones only knew the things they've done, they would be ashamed to call them relatives!!!
Their action violated civil rights. You know those rights that have, a tool( a gun) to show how strong you are. Freedom of press is #1 on rights.

Phoenix PD after DOJ investigation: We did nothing wrong.
‘No Skin In The Game”, they do not pay in monies or demolitions they do not Care. If the owner of the land you are on, wants you trespassed, you are than given a chance to leave. If you refuse to leave or come back, only than are you arrested.
How many people have to die, be illegally imprisoned and families destroyed before the Phoenix PD crime organization is sent to jail?
Nothing will change with Phoenix pd they will just cover everything up a little harder
It's hard to decide which department is more corrupt and lawless...The NYPD or Phoenix PD. This story just highlights exactly why we need to get rid of qualified immunity. If officers would stop violating our rights there would be no grounds for lawsuits, so qualified immunity is basically just a redundancy that officers only have as a means to break the law and get away with it.
Police have gotten much worse in the last 30-40 years. I remember driving past cops never getting stopped. One time at dark when I was about 17 years old, I swerved off the road a cop did a u turn and stopped me, I said you had your brights on he seen they were on and apologized and left before I gave him a citizen's arrest. 5:25
I love this reporter because he does his job and not his opinion or feelings.
99/ of all government agencies don't take complaints seriously nor do thay take action or accountability...face..we the people have lost the right to address our government agencies
This is why i firmly believe that there needs to be a third party entity in every state that handles the 'internal investigations'. I also believe that the findings and interviews should be documented so the public can foia request those records.
Phoenix PD didn't know the details about tresspassing.
Thank you, dave ❤
If people want to see the big picture. They need to start at the word policy. They say no policy was broken. But we the people do not want them enforcing policy. We want them to enforce the law. Big difference
Do you really expect that thin blue line to actually not play CYA with themselves.
You mean they're all biased? 🤔
A racial slur against another officer and the other one didn't report it. oh my....
They act with impunity. Near zero accountability.
Justice for Sonya 😢❤
I'D BE MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL BIAS THAT THEY SHOW AGAINST TAXPAYERS WHO PAY THEIR SALARY. HALF OF THE POLICE FORCE IS ON THE BRADY LIST.
Police investigating themselves is like a Legion of Doom investigation of Lex Luthor to see if he actually tried to kill Superman!
What's the point of a DOJ report when nothing happens? 😢 -Just more tax paying money wasted
This is the Media doing this story so .....look at what they say with Wisdom before you make a snap decision! 🙏🏼🇺🇲🙏🏼
Dave Biscobing is the best! I am so happy that he is our news reporter in Arizona. He tries his best to make sure that worker who are pay by tax payers are accountable for the unprofessionalism.
Stay on them. They are making it an "us" vs. "them." Great reporting.
Lots of corruption in Phoenix PD 🤬
Saving every one of these reports.
That's investigative journalism at it's best!
I have five foreign cousins from Europe and Asia, because an Uncle of mine who was in the Army had babies with different foreign women. Of course, we accepted them as part of our family and have invited them to visit, several times. Only one agreed to come to America ( he's from Austria), but the others are afraid to visit because they are afraid of American Police. Apparently, overseas news show a lot of American news segments about our violent cops. Imagine that! They're not afraid of our crime, they're afraid of our Police.
Dave Biscobing is the best reporter. FYI, they do this across the country in all police departments.
All 50 states will be held accountable for their actions makes them all over ang
Phoenix PD= Sovereign Citizens
The Thin Blue LIE will go to any length necessary to cover their a$$'s.
PPD indifference!? No kidding 😂
"We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing." 🔥🐖🐖🐖🔥
They dont know BASIC constitutional rights.
Remove qualified immunity when researching are violated.
A criminal organization with qualified immunity.
The thug's actions violated the Constitution. That it didn't violate their policies says a lot about their policies.
ABC15 stepping up!
Nice : )
“We investigated ourselves and determined that we did nothing wrong.”: the motto of every police department in the country.
I certainly hope the gentleman that God arrested by the tyrants with badges also went after the false allegations from the bank. I've been going after that person as well. He called in the absline about me. I'd be soon that bank employee as well.

@@user-sx6tm6qu1t All the orchards across America are spoiled
I actually want every single tax dollar of mine to go towards police lawsuits. $26 million is rookie numbers! Let's get it up!
Qualified immunity breeds contempt for the public and needs to be abolished.
Police unions should have to foot the bill for all compensation payments to the victims of illegal police activities, it's the only real way to change how police treat people, money speaks louder than any laws.
It didn’t only violate policy it violated the law! That cop is a criminal the IA department is just as criminal! This is what we get when we let police, police the police! Need a completely separate citizens board made up of citizens who have never been cops to investigate these matters. No horse in the race means a fair impartial investigation.
It’s every police department in America.
When you have unlimited taxpayer cash resources to do as you please (qualified immunity) what do you expect?
Ever notice when cops "investigate" themselves they will say whether or not if their officers violated "policy", and never anything about breaking the law.
Abolish Qualified Immunity
Someone should take a look at their policies - If their polices aren’t in line with the constitution
What we refer to as bias policing, violating rights & misconduct, is what the Phoenix PD calls the job description

Phoenix PD corrupt? What was your first clue?
Phoenix PD was Treating First Ammendment Auditors like this But Worse For Years and Nothing Was Ever Done!
Go "Piitbull" Dave kicking butt for all to see
Can you imagine, you’re an internal affairs, investigator, and every day you go into work and do exactly the opposite of what your job is, every day, day after day? You’re not worried that you’ll get fired, because that’s what everybody in internal affairs does and there’s no way you’re gonna get in trouble for it, in fact the opposite of your job is what your bosses expect you to do. You get paid handsomely with tax payer money and if anyone wants to see public documents that the public owns, you won’t let them. Imagine that’s you.
The matter of fact a detective for Tampa PD Dennis Williams told me the entire Tampa police force is corrupt
"We've decided we are the good guys. Therefore, evidence suggesting otherwise won't be looked at. Thank you."
This is why we should not allow internal investigations
