This is a tough one because work accomplishments pale in comparison to personal accomplishments in general. What do you think about about referencing a change in outlook/behavior as the accomplishment and then referencing how it demonstrated value in the workplace?

But I really want you to focus on a work accomplishment because it is a job interview and you may run into an interviewer that only wants a work example (but they won't tell you this item). There are certain times to take risk in an interview, but this is not a time a recommend, I know it's a bummer!
