After using the 5 minute fvg it was much easier to make my entries, I was very confused making entries in 1 min

I'm glad someone else noticed this,as my username points out, my strategy revolves around the 5M fairvalue gap as entry,targeting resting liquidity on either direction,I can truly say this has been a game changer for me,I average a 60% win rate with a 1/2RRmin - 1/6RR max.
How do you filter the truly ones mate? I mean just with the 1hr and 15 min bias it’s still confusional, are you use htf poi?
Can you clarify? Does that mean instead of having a 1/2 RR you target nearest liquidity target?

@@lucaronca8449 no,I only use the 5M time frame,nothing else...I'd look at the chart and see where price has resting liquidity that goes with the momentum of the trend,so if trend on the 5M is bearish,then I identify liquidity resting in that direction ..simple as that
@@RaoVenu I mean I only take trades that have a 1/2RR MINIMUM, so for example if price is already too close to liquidity and wouldn't allow a entry with a 1/2 rr Atleast,then I wouldn't take it..sometimes liquidity could be so far,that my target and entry would allow for a 1/6rr or so ,then I'd use that as my target..it all differs with the setup and potential target

Which TF did you use?
A lot of the entries wouldnt trigger right? Because not every position even hits the fvg for an entry on the 5m strategy. You cant look ahead in time on that third candle and know it will close as an fvg. It often keeps running with no entry

I backtested it, failed! Most of the time it hits stop loss and I failed anyway with 2/1 RR in the end
Wait. So are you entering when the third candle form? Because half the time price never came back and tapped.
I trade the Judas Swing every day on the 1 minute timeframe, I will tet some higher timeframes in the future, 3m or 5m to see what setup works best for my strategy. Thanks for the info!

I have a question, you told in the video the FVG is a 3 candle pattern,
Most of the time i see you entering after the second candle closes, but sometimes i also see you entering after the third candle closes.
Could you clarify this for me please? Would love to understand this.

This is true. He is entering almost every trade using the second candle in a 3 candle pattern, which means 5 minutes before the FVG is formed. Very strange, since you can't know that it's a FVG until the 3rd candle is formed. He's looking back from historical candlesticks to do it. I would like to see him do this strategy correctly. It would definitely be less of a return...but how much? Still, he is a very good teacher.
@@markschroeder7016 indeed, also in this video i noticed that sometimes he lets the 3 candle pattern play out completely, and after that he enters at the close of the second candle. Also al little confusing to me, expecially because he teaches consistency.

Backtested this for the month of feb,works pretty well now I’m gonna backtest again but this time I’m only using 10am killzone
how did it go?
yesterday i backtested all of feb with the silver bullet strat and a bit of the 2022 model and it works great!
10 amkillzone produced 7% return that month on NQ futures...my trial on fx replay lapsed but imma buy a subscription soon @@thugliferidah2866
I’m back testing this and a lot of the time the trades aren’t getting triggered in. The trend just keeps trending and leaves without the position.

I think this is more of a “Maximing profits within a single idea” way of trading. I would’ve BE and partials per additional entry tho 😂
