Thanks so much for the tour! I’m currently searching myself to buy my first condo and wanted some inspiration from other people my age who bought, not renting. I’m also looking at a similar square footage too. I hope to see more condo videos of your home!
Thanks for the video. Your condo looks fabulous. My place is currently under construction. Your floor plan is similar to mine. This video has given me some great ideas to decorate. Love what you did with the den.
Nyashia James hi! I got my wallpaper from Etsy! Here’s the link for it: www.etsy.com/listing/751417271/abstract-line-art-wallpaper-modern?ref=shop_home_active_19&pro=1&frs=1
...I've always thought that a coffee table like that is precisely what I need in my living room, in order to make it more appealing and functional: with many levels to place things and with a similar aesthetic. I've always liked glass tables. I think I'll get one like that for the new Togo sofa we just ordered from Manhattan Home Design. I also liked the rug a lot. Thanks for sharing the tour! It's a place with a warm soul.
Such a pretty home! My husband and i are planning to rent a place inn toronto soon. What would be the rent for a condo similar to yours... rather how much rent do you guys pay! Thanks!
Karuna George yay that’s super exciting for you guys! We actually bought this home. I know rent similar to our unit start from $2000. Hope that helps !
Questions: 1) How did you find your condo, did you go through a broker to find options or did you find it on your own using various sites? 2) Was it a 6 month or 1 year contract? 3) What was the total cost or estimate and what was included: application fee, security deposit, first/last month's rent, renters insurance, utilities (water/heating etc..) and what else was taken into consideration? 4) Did you both have at least 6 months of savings set aside prior to making this move? What sort of Credit Score were they looking for in the process?
Hi Peter! Love all your questions you have which is what I was asking as well when I was looking. 1) I actually searched around the areas I has interest in and saw if they was any pre-con's available. We had a real estate agent to help with the sale of the unit. 2) we bought the place so no contract but it did take about 3 years for it to be built. 3) since we bought the place, you have to consider the downpayment, closing cost, maintenance fee, lawyer cost, home insurance and something people don't think about often is having some money saved for furniture shopping. 4) we did have money saved for when we closed on our home to cover all the admin cost needed + shopping for our space. Hope this helps :)
Awesome video ..... Just wanted to know the locality of the building and if you have bought the place, how much did it cost ?? (Even a ball-park figure would do )
meanoopnandakumar hi!! We live in the GTA area and we did buy the place. We got it about 3.5 years ago on pre-con so it was about 300k. I know right now there are similar/ same units that are selling for about $500k! Hope this helps 🤍
jw93 for sure!! Its called paper & flo. Her website is paperandflo.com . She sends it either as an actual print or digital. I had it sent digital and printed it at a local print house for about $20 and got an IKEA frame for it :)
haha I know what you mean, but it was the only way to maximize the space in the kitchen with an island. if it was in the other angle, it would block the dish washer :(
Lisa D’souza it’s actually haven’t been an issue at all. We make sure when we cook that the windows are open and the fan is on. I also like to spray some air freshener on the clothes when I feel like it 😊
❤️🇨🇦❤️supporting my fellow Canadians ❤️🇨🇦❤️ love the views and the apartment 🏡💗 how was sleeping on just the mattress? I will be doing that soon bc the frame is back ordered 😞
Your condo is beautiful, unique, and the bomb I love how you did your closet You made the pax system awesome Also, I just wanted to point out that you answered everyone’s questions. I thought that was really kind and awesome! 🤗‼️ Thank you for sharing. Stay safe
Your condo is beautiful! I was thinking about getting that bed actually lol I'm stuck between that bed and one from Ikea. How big/deep are the drawers on it? It's so much cuter than the Malm from Ikea but storage is a necessity in a tiny apartment 😅
JewelTV thank you so much 🥰 I love the look and quality of the Structube bed. It had two storages in the front where I store my towels and bed linens. It’s a decent size!
Very nice Condo, Really!!! thanks for sharing the video. However if I may ask, could you please share the price of the condo. Me & my wife are looking for condo in toronto so wondering whats the cost of it.

Rey-Anna Reid 👋 I live maybe 30 mins drive from downtown! The price for renting for this unit is about $2k per months we actually bought this place when it was pre construction so it was definitely a lot cheaper. Hope this helps & thanks for the 🤍

Love the idea as an open closet in the den but doesn’t your clothes smell like food when your cooking?
