I'll get lots of flame for this but this is the truth.
Faker is a God in the competitive scene, no doubt about that.
He really is. There are few players who can even touch the air below his feet.
Apdo is a God in the soloqueue.
Who knows what he does for a living? What kind of money he is making?
Apdo's IS the best soloqueue player in the world right now. If anyone has watched him, his playstyle his more reminiscent of Easyhoon. Apdo plays a really smart controlled game and most often times, his laning phase is ABOVE even the best players in the world.
Apdo's knowledge of the game is really scary. He's not even close to Faker in micro-mechanics. But watching his games and stream, you truly know you are in the presence of a genius.
If Faker is the brauns of League of Legends, Apdo is the brains.

Skill Vs Intelligence. Obviously they're both extremely skilled and extremely smart however.

***** it takes alot of courage to stand and be on the big stage in a competitive gaming basing this on our culture. You know how some Lol pro player are awkward as fuck when they're at the interview? lmao. Paranoia and nervous and talking in an inconsistent tone or speed. And to be able to express themselves in that vibes amazing. So most pros on the LCS are probably a for real pros and might even surpass apdo most of the time. Not saying apdo is bad but he has the potential to be but didn't show his skill to the world yet.
14ccr THeir real skill tho comes from who they are... not from what other announce them to be. Caster are not a pro korean player LOL they have great knowledge of the game and understanding of each decision making from it (they struggle tho when a team fight occurs). But they are not a competitive pro player in term of their success. If some pro player rated him as the second faker or as good as faker. Then he probably might be as good as faker, since they actually play against or with apdo. Having him carry or making plays with a smart engage that out plays other pros from countering the plays that he have conduct against em.

Apdo has insane game knowledge, he can predict decisions and has map pressure, meanwhile faker is a mechanical god, don't compare the two, If apdo lacks faker mechanics he has a better sense of the game, vice versa to faker against apdo.

Seth Reflexion and knowledge come hand in hand, lets just say the matchup Zed vs cassiopia when zed is ulting you know (knowledge) that zed will come behind you then as cassiopia you must ult behind you but you need timing, that is the part of reflexes you need or else Zed just quickly goes back into his shadow to dodge your ult. so your half right half wrong.

Apdo is also called 'god' in korea. he's the best.his mechanics are as good as faker,and his position in teamfights and decision is really godlike.apdo can solokill every proplayers in korea. In korea, nobody played kassadin before apdo played it. He's the only amateur player who says proplayers are bad

ThatsMe517 They usually go even in lane unless something tips the balance even though Apdo himself believes Faker's better. So while Faker is probably better it is only slightly which doesn't matter much in the end.
