Because he raised me and because he deserves for me to return the favor. I am grateful for everything he has done for me, because it's more than enough. And FYI there's almost no other cars for 26k brand new that will do 0 - 60 in 5 seconds.

I've driven my boss's Mercedes CLS-550 several times and all I can tell
everyone is that the ride is just amazing, absolutely NO bumps on city
streets that you would totally feel if you were driving for instance a
Chrysler 200, Altima, etc...

AZ.LUNATIC_ 2006 CLS550s are selling for well under $10k bro. And if you want the new design; the 2012 is starting at $22k. So it's not even a hard car to finance, even if you're job is at McDonalds

Facts he’s the best with the car reviews
Fast forward 10 years, my daughter is looking at a 2014 with 50k miles on her. Car is in mint condition. How is the dependability on this vehicle ? Any big expensive fixes coming up soon at 50k miles?? Is it reliable ?? She is in school in another state and I worry about it breaking down on her… she is pretty set on this particular vehicle
For me Mercedes is way more reliable than BMW

I like the 09-010 models but they still cost around 15-20k for 90,000 miles.
Saw one less than 20k miles for about 32-33k. Might get it.

Not surprised you enjoyed the CLS, Matt :D Haha, I remember when I picked up my 500 Shooting Brake tester in Stuttgart last year, switching from a 911 to that thing was so funny. Is was giggling when I drove on the autobahn for the first time :) Power is really good, mine hit the 240 kph limiter all the time and I'm sure it would be capable of well over 175 to 180 mph :) Perfect autobahn express, but for backroads in germany it just felt too big to me. But still: What a car. Easily one of my favourite Mercs at the moment :)
Cost of the CLS; well over 100k. Cost of CLS review and seeing your facial expression after acceleration; priceless!

Awesome review, Matt! I'm sure I'd be at least as excited as you were if I were the one driving it. It's even possible that you were more excited on this review than in the CTS-V's one, isn't it? Anyways, another great video, Matt, very good camera work (and editing later lol) in the opening shots. I hope I can find my way to PA this year, maybe we can shoot some videos!

the speaker thing if you're using bluetooth is caused by it been set to boost in the bluetooth audio levels, if not then its faulty

To the average man who's used to driving 4cyl economy cars, ~402hp is MORE than enough to hurt your head.
For those who are used to luxury cars, the AMG CLS63 with near 600hp is around the corner.
Would you ratther have the 550 or the 63 amg?

so true. i drive a hyundai genesis, 290hp and 265 lb/ft of torque and i never feel underwhelmed
+Nayid Cruz Arce 550 for running costs. Its a much more logical choice, add an ecu tune and youre getting close to 500hp lol

Ib7 h pretty solid cars, you’ll pay more for parts obviously than your typical honda but if you can live with that you’ll be fine

My dads dream to own this car and he got one, after a couple of days he didnt like it anymore so he went all out and modified the car. He made it louder and faster and got nice rims. This car is ugly.. Modify it and trust me it'll look nice for those who say its ugly.

Thinking of picking one up, A 2012 2013 to keep it around 20k price range. Can anyone tell me if you have had your for a long time any issues or cost or what to avoid? I will be doing research but would like honest feedback about the car. I also work on my cars I have a procharged vette that makes over 700hp. Jeep wrangler that crawls and a 68 deville and a beater so yeah I'm always wrenching. Thanks
