    Go to advanced display settings (select your TV/Projector from the drop down) and drop the Refresh Rate (Hz setting) to 30. fixes it right away. :) Fixed for Surface Pro model 7 (USB -C connector). All our pro's had this issue in our office, this fixed it :)

    Not exactly. USB C is independent of features and versions. USB 2.0 port can have video out and fast charging. Some modes are rare or not supported on any phone. But a USB-C 2.0 to C cable will not support video output, because the data speed / tolerance is too low. USB-C 2.0 PD (fast charging) cable is common because the power works fine. The minimum power rating is up to 60W for all USB-C to C cables.

      Hi there,
      Usually USB 3.1 Gen1 above version (usb-c or usb4, etc.) support the transmission of video signals. So it is not valid for you to link the device through such a cable.
      Only some usb3.0 port support, generally the manufacturer will be special instructions to support the transmission of video protocol.
      If you encounter the above problem, you can confirm with the device manufacturer whether the device interface supports the transmission of video signals.
      Hope this can solve your confusion.

    Would it create a problem to be plugging the Uni HDMI to USB-C with the USB-C end plugged into a Mobile Pixels Trio Max monitor, and then the other end into an HDMI to micro HDMI for a Raspberry Pi 400?

    • @uniaccessories
      @uniaccessories  Год назад +1

      👋Hello, thank you for reaching out. I just want to clarify your situation to ensure I'm understanding it correctly.
      From what I gather, you're attempting to connect your Raspberry Pi 400 to a Mobile Pixels Trio Max monitor. You plan to do this via a micro HDMI port which transfers into HDMI, and then into USB-C via a uni USB-C to HDMI cable. Essentially, you're expecting the signal to go from micro HDMI to HDMI to USB-C, and then finally reach your Trio Max monitor.
      If my understanding aligns with your intent, I'm afraid that this setup won't work. 😢The uni USB-C to HDMI cable is designed to function in one direction only: from USB-C to HDMI. It cannot operate bidirectionally.
      I hope this information proves useful. If my understanding of your situation is incorrect, please let me know. Wishing you a wonderful day!

    I use 2 monitors, one is connected to hdmi and the other is connected to type c port, I connect the second one via vga with the help of "ugreen type c to vga and hdmi converter". When my computer goes to sleep or when I lock the screen, a sound starts to come from my computer all the time. This incoming sound sounds as if we are constantly connecting and disconnecting a device via USB to the computer. When I unlock the screen, the situation goes away. How can i solve this problem?
    Thanks!

      Hi, thank you for reaching out.
      Apologies for the delayed response. We've tested the "USB C to HDMI & VGA multiport Adapter" with an M1 MBP, trying to replicate the issue you described. However, we were unable to reproduce the problem.
      Based on your description, it sounds like the noise you're hearing might be due to the adapter or cable intermittently connecting and disconnecting when the computer is in sleep mode or the screen is locked. This can be caused by the host device intermittently recognizing the monitor.
      To troubleshoot:
      1. The issue resolves once the computer is awake, suggesting the connector, cable, and screen likely function correctly. It's possible that the specific USB-C port on your device may be unstable. Try using a different USB-C port.
      2. If the problem persists, isolate the source by determining if the sound occurs with the HDMI or VGA connection. This will help identify which connection might be causing the issue.
      I hope this provides clarity. Let us know if you need further assistance, and best of luck resolving the problem!

      Hey there! 👋
      Thank you for reaching out and explaining the situation in detail. Let's try to figure it out. 👀
      However, before we proceed, it's essential to ensure that each component involved in the connection is functioning correctly, as each part plays a crucial role in the overall performance. In your case, these components include your Surface 4 laptop (the host device), the Microsoft Hub, the HDMI cable, and the monitor.
      From the information you've provided, we can reasonably conclude that your HDMI cable and monitor are operating as expected. This leaves us with the potential issues involving the host device and the Microsoft Hub.
      I am not sure which model what you mention the Microsoft Hub is USB-A connector or UBS-C connector. It's like a handshake; both sides have to fit together perfectly. If it's USB-A connecting to your Surface 4 laptop, we need to be sure that the USB-A port is ready for a video output party. Same applies if you've got a USB-C hub. The USB-C port on the laptop needs to be game for video output too.
      Furthermore, let's determine whether the Microsoft Hub is functioning as it should. A helpful method to assess this is by testing the hub with other devices. If any uncertainties remain, reaching out to Microsoft support can provide a definitive resolution.💬
      The suggestions above are the initial steps in diagnosing and addressing your issue. I hope they prove to be beneficial!
      Also, if you have a moment, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could subscribe to our channel. Your support means the world to us.
      Thank you, and have a wonderful day! 💪

    What am I doing wrong?

    • @uniaccessories
      @uniaccessories  11 месяцев назад

      👋Hey, thanks for the comment. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue:
      🔵Ensure that you're using a compatible cable or adapter. Try using another cable or testing the ports with other devices to rule out this possibility. It's possible there could be an issue with the cable or the ports on either the projector or the phone.
      🔵Source Selection: Once the cable is connected, ensure that you've selected the correct input/source on your projector. Some projectors might have settings that need to be adjusted or toggled to recognize a new input source. Refer to your projector's user manual for specific instructions.
      🔵Phone Settings: Ensure that your Galaxy S21 Ultra is updated to the latest software version. Sometimes, compatibility issues can be resolved with software updates. Next, On your Galaxy S21 Ultra, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Quick Settings panel. Look for the "DeX" mode and tap on it. This should allow your phone to extend its screen to the projector. (If you want to stop extend mode, To switch back to the mirror mode, follow this: "Settings > Connections > More. Connection settings > Look for HDMI Mode, Tap > You will have the option to toggle between Samsung DeX and Screen Mirroring." Then, you will have the option to switch to Screen Mirroring.)
      👀Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.💪

      🤠Hello, thanks for the comment and trust.
      In general, USB 2.0, even in the form of a USB-C port, doesn't typically support video out functionality.
      I regret to inform you that it's not possible to upgrade USB 2.0 to USB 3.1 or above with an adapter in order to support HDMI or DisplayPort. This is because USB standards, such as USB 2.0/3.0/3.1/3.2, are hardware-dependent and cannot be altered with an adapter.😢
      In this situation, you may want to explore wireless display solutions as your best alternative.
      For the most accurate information pertaining to your specific device, I highly recommend checking the user manual or getting in touch with Lenovo's customer support.
      I hope this information has been somewhat helpful.🤞

      Thanks for sharing! It would be great if you could provide details like your host device model, TV model, and USB-C to HDMI adapter specifics, for a comprehensive diagnosis. However, lacking these, we can still troubleshoot as following steps.
      ▪First, you're connecting several items, each needing to successfully transfer video signals. They must function independently. If they work separately but not together, there may be a compatibility issue or a specific connection sequence required.
      ▪Ensure your USB-C device, such as a phone/tablet/laptop, supports video output, which means DisplayPort Alt Mode.
      ▪Next, Adapter/Cable: Test your USB-C to HDMI adapter and HDMI cable using other known working devices.
      ▪And TV HDMI Port: Verify if your TV's HDMI port is functional by connecting other HDMI devices.
      🤞Hope this assists you in identifying the problem!

      👋Hi, thank you for your comment, especially pointing out the "Motorola G Stylus (2022)." Upon checking the official Motorola website, it's confirmed that the device's ports are limited to a 3.5mm headset jack and a Type-C port with USB 2.0 capabilities. Unfortunately, this means that the USB-C port does not support video output (DP alt mode) and cannot be used to extend to monitors via the USB-C port.

      Hello, thank you for your query! Although the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra should theoretically be compatible with the hub you're using, as its USB-C port supports both video output and data transfer, there could be certain compatibility issues in your specific case. We advise using a USB-C hub with power delivery (PD) that connects to the TV with substantial power, preferably using a charger of 65W or higher.
      Please consider contacting the manufacturer of the USB-C hub to inquire about any specific compatibility concerns or advice they might have. Alternatively, you might want to explore other hubs or docking stations confirmed to work with your phone model, in uniAccessories, we also have the usb-c hub with PD port.
      Hope the answer helps.

      Hi there,
      Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If you were talking about connect the Switch directly with display using a usb c to HDMI cable, here are the solutions, might help, not guarantee.🙈
      Nintendo Switch does have a unique protocol for its HDMI output, which can sometimes result in compatibility issues with certain adapters or cables. Let’s try to troubleshoot:
      1. Official Adapter: First and foremost, ensure you're using the official Nintendo Switch dock or an adapter that's been verified to work with the Switch. Third-party cables may not always be compatible due to the unique software protocol Nintendo uses.
      2. Inspect the Cable and Ports: Look over both ends of your USB-C to HDMI cable for any visible damage. Also, ensure that the ports on both your Nintendo Switch and your display device are clean and free from debris.
      3. Software Update: Always make sure your Nintendo Switch is updated to the latest firmware. Sometimes connection issues can be resolved with a software update.
      4. Display Settings: Double-check your display device to ensure it's set to the right HDMI input.
      5. Restart the Switch: Fully power off your Nintendo Switch, then power it back on. A fresh restart can occasionally resolve connectivity problems.
      6. Test with Another Cable: If you have access to another official USB-C to HDMI cable or dock, try using that to determine if the original might be the issue.
      If you've tried these steps and the issue still remains, it might be a more specific hardware or software issue, and I'd recommend reaching out to Nintendo's customer support for further assistance.🧭
      I hope this provides some clarity. 💙

    How to update USB type C 2.0 to 3.0 it is possible?

    • @uniaccessories
      @uniaccessories  Год назад

      Hi there!
      The version of the USB-C interface is based on the chip inserted. So it can't be updated by upgrade.
      Only by replacing the device and accessories!
      If your device only has a USB Type-C 2.0 port, you can still use USB Type-C 3.0 devices with it, but the data transfer speeds will be limited to USB Type-C 2.0 speeds. Similarly, if your device has a USB Type-C 3.0 port, you can still use USB Type-C 2.0 devices with it, but the data transfer speeds will also be limited to USB Type-C 2.0 speeds.

      Thank you for reaching uni.
      For your device, there is no MHL, Dp alt mode in the pocophone f1 , so your device is not recognized and cannot project video via USB-C to HDMI.

    Can a32 work with HDMI?

    • @uniaccessories
      @uniaccessories  Год назад

      Hey! If you're referring to the Galaxy A32 5G, it does come with a USB-C port. However, please note that the USB-C port on this device does not support DP alt mode, which means it does not provide video output. We recommend reaching out to the Samsung support team for further confirmation and assistance.

      Not all USB Type-C 2.0 ports can accept video signals. (Unless a state protocol is covered) the device will usually specify this.
      Please provide your device model for inquiry or consult with the manufacturer of the device.

    I have an ASUS Vivobook m515, model x515ua. It has a "USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C". But my USB-C - HDMI adapter doesn't work. I have the first issue

    • @uniaccessories
      @uniaccessories  Год назад +1

      First of all, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port is available for video data transfer.
      Please make sure you connect to the correct port.
      If you still have problems, you need to troubleshoot the problem:
      1. Please check if the USB-C - HDMI adapter is working properly
      2. Please check whether the connected cable can be used normally

      @@uniaccessories My cable is connected to the right port. It's the only USB-C port on my laptop
      Idk how to check if the adapter is working properly since nothing rly happens
      The connected cable? The HDMI is the one that actually came with my Nintendo Switch. Will I need a newer HDMI cable or something?
      I also have an XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro, and even that weird HDMI cable didn't work
      The adapter I have is a Benfei 4k30hz

      @@cqllel5186 According to your situation, if you wish to link your Nintendo Switch to your laptop using an HDMI cable and adapter, please check with the adapter manufacturer to support Nintendo's protocol.

      @@uniaccessories Yeah I need a capture card for that
      What I mean is that the HDMI cable I use is the one that came with my Switch. I wanna display my laptop onto my 72hz freesync monitor while still being able to keep my external cooling system (bcuz it donlt fit between my charger and HDMI port)
      You saod 'check whether the connected )able can be used normally'. By that, do yu mean the Adapter or tye HDMI? Do I need a newer HDMI with more recent tech?

    • @uniaccessories
      @uniaccessories  Год назад +1

      @@cqllel5186 Through the manual, it does not state that the port supports video transmission. I suggest you can confirm with the ASUS manufacturer if your laptop's USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port supports the protocol for video transfer data.
      Or just use the HDMI port that comes with your computer to achieve the video transfer function.
