Enjoyed the reaction! This song goes so HARD! One of my fav ATEEZ songs tbh. To give a bit of a background; MATZ stands for madt(h)hyung which mean older brothers. MATZ is their unit name because they are the 2 oldest in the group. And in terms of the lyrics, this basically a diss track for the haters. And some of the lyrics refer to certain incidents they faced coz of the stalker fans. For an example, the lines about the GPS refer to the time when a stalker fan put a GPS tracker in their van(KIA Carnival). And hongjoong's line is basically saying, "if you wanna put a GPS put it in a carrier, not in our van, you can be busy too (just like us)" (lol almost like calling them losers with nothing else to do)
This song was produced by Hongjoong himself. Hongjoong and Seonghwa wrote all the lyrics as well. Everything about this song is a straight up diss to their haters and call out to their stalkers. As you can probably tell by the lyrics, but the video itself also reflects that.

the doctor lyrics was from an episode of Wanteez (their own variety show) when they had a medical check up, the doctor said that seonghwa’s stomach has a big space, which has a double meaning that there’s much space left up there

MATZ is a song for the sasang and haters that says that ATEEZ music is so noisy and makes them dizzy
and even did mention the GPS thing that a sasang put on there carnival, and also the ones that sells their personnel info like phone numbers (so many times they did say that don't call us and that makes us very troubled ) also the ones that follows them with cameras in there faces
