Life has a habit of getting in the way and sometimes it feels like you are just hanging on and being taken for a ride. Totally out of control with no way to get yourself back on track.
The funny thing is, that you are not alone. Every single one of us has, at some point, been on the border of a mental health crisis. Some even went all the way...
My aim with my flying is to raise awareness of how "common" mental health problems really are.
I ask my passengers to share their stories and how they cope. While introducing them to the joy of flying, in most cases the first time, a light aircraft.
Yes, some of these flights might be long and boring for some. But keep in mind, it is not about you. It is about the passengers prioritizing themselves and letting go of their stress and life struggles for a full hour.

DISCLAIMER: I am a "weekend warrior" National Private Pilot, I fly for fun and enjoy sharing my love for flying. Great video once again . 2 weeks ago I was flying toward the ocean on a calm day and dropped from 2000 down to 1200 ft to pass below another aircraft. It turned out to be a fishing boat.😁😅
Exactly what happened to us. I kept looking at the "aircraft" coming straight at us but it is not getting bigger at the rate I expected. Was so disorientating.
As you can see, we had a good laugh about it.
