(SOLVED) AE Error: Could not convert Unicode Characters 23::46

- After Effects error: could not convert unicode characters. (23::46). I got this massage on my brand new Dell XPS 15 with Windows 10 Pro. I tryed reinstalling but the same aftects error comes back. Always 23 :: 46.
After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup.
After those two error messages the Program just shuts down. Adobe After Effects won't start up. What can you do?
The Solution:
● Go to your Control Panel / Region / Administrative
● Click on the Button "Change system locale..."
● Uncheck the CHECKBOX: "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support"
● Restart your Computer
● DONE

I did this on my crush's computer, she gave me a kiss😂
This solves my problem, but this is such a BS error. I work with a lot of foreign special characters and this was the only way for me to keep my system locale as English whilst still being able to see the characters. Thanks for the solution regardless, I hate adobe.
