Hi! You should double check with your district, but you do not need to notify the district that you are homeschooling a child if they will turn 6 after Feb 1. You would send your letter of intent for the next school year. www.fldoe.org/core/fileparse.php/18379/urlt/DistrictHomeEduFAQ2021.pdf
