I run Palisade mask, Grupo bag w/Vigilance, ZOO chest w/Obliterate, Eagle's Grasp gloves, Fox's prayers, and Picaro's for my rifle build. My ACR SS has Crit Chance rolled on it with Boomerang. Build has 55% CC and 146% CD. I recommend trying to get the CC up and love the Armor on Kill from 1 piece Palisades. I'm addicted to this build right now and haven't touched my Striker build in 2 weeks.
just put ninja with headhunter chest and all pieces for rifle dmg it will get 1886 to 1,2mil ez 1taps and you can keep acr for breaking armor on tanks if you ever need to
