Hi sir, my husband did not completed his course and we got curtailment letter( aug 11). And i have cos in my hands and i apply for tier 2 visa. But my husband can't travel back to my country as i broke my hand and i need his assistance. Meanwhile he would like to apply fee waiver and after 2-3 months he goes back to my country and apply for dependant. Is there any difficulties in getting dependent visa
