I can't wait to see this guy make his way into FIA F2 or F3. I really hope he gets a seat sometime soon. But I doubt it because the seats are all taken and it's been a while since he's been in a open wheel.
I found you through your shorts. Thought you were just racing karts. Crazy to see how high of a level you really compete at! Wishing you the best of luck in the upcoming years
And a lot of funding to reach his goal. And then some... more!!! CONGRATS... CAPTAIN COMEBACK!!!! By the way should have edited about how you won the race when Cem Bolukbasi received a 3 second penalty and you were within the 3 seconds when Kaminiarz spun at the Lesmo that caused the stoppage.
Yes that’s true. It was tough to see in all the spray at that point. I think the pace could have been much better had he been forced to give the position back earlier, but I think we still had fastest lap by over a second. Definitely one of my favorite/ highest heart-pounding races.
@@CameronDasRacing Very true. And what you also did was you proved all the doubters wrong. You are like 1 of the few "Die-Hard" drivers who won't let their dreams die. I think of you as the "Silent Ghost" that can come out of nowhere who can surprise others that you can do it. I have been watching every US F1 hopeful since streaming began. That is 2 years in a row that Maryland have 2 open-wheel champs just like your state stalemate Kaylen Frederick. Last year they had the best 2020 class for US hopefuls - Logan, Jak, and Kaylen. You and Jak would have had a US 1-2 if it was not for Jak's commitments with Formula 3. But for you and Jak - Records were broken such as having 1 nation winning 15 events between you 2, and surpassing the numbers of Scott Speed and Colin Fleming when they scored 3 USA 1-2 finishes when they were competing in Renault Eurocup 2004. The 4th one was the season's icing on the cake. I congratulate both of you for your achievements. What would Scott Speed think about this achievement? Especially when you did it using sheer talent with your supporters in tow instead of relying a development program to reach your goal. What are Ravens and Orioles and Baltimore would think about you now?
Very sad that Cameron will have to find a "Plan B" now that the Formula 2 grid is complete. But 3 F3 seats remain. We wish him the best of luck.
