but the only thing that ips excels in, is the color accuracy, white or red wll look pure white nd red, not yllowish/bluish, just the contrast is not there, so if u dont care about deep blacks/bttry/puchy colors, ips is still a good choicefor u, nd it also lasts much longer than amoled, theres no risk of burnin as well...just compare the ips display of poco with samsung f41/m51 ull know what im talking about, ull not notice much difference, but ull get better refresh rate nd color accuracy in a cheap price, nd u can use poco for a longer period of time without eye strain, so there are benifits of ips that cannot be ignored, so its not obsole at all

You cant compare Samsung display to pocos samsung display is far ahead thats why 60hz samoled is compared with 120hz led yet samoled wins because it could show more colors vividly everything has its advantage and disadvantage btw i am using samsung m30s and i compared my display to my friends mi 10 yet my display quality was better
@@censorit2756 Deep blacks and punchy colors are what most users care about. No one cares about color accuracy in mobile. Higher refresh rate is great but deep blacks and colors are more important. Thats why most flagship has amoled. Even tv oled are prefered vs lcd. Also burn in isnt a problem if you dont use it at max brightness all the time.

Samsung is really a champion in display. I have two phones Honor 9 lite and Samsung M30. Honor 9 lite is really a torture to eyes, full of radiation and blue light in it's lcd panel. Watching long videos really hurt eyes even after installing blue light filter app. On the other hand Samsung M30 super amoled display, what a display really a delight for eyes, very much eye friendly and very good visual experience for watching movies and videos.
