Just saw him in concert this summer. 48 year old dad surrounded by teenagers just jamming hard. So happy those kiddo's get to enjoy this guy the way I did when I was younger. So happy my daughter invited me to go with her and friends. She knew I was a big fan.

Must have been amazing being a college or high school student during this time, or just being young and enjoying life. This year was the start of an amazing era of EDM. Nobody knew how amazing it would be to live during the start of this legendary era of EDM. I wish I could have been there when Mau5 was on the rise as well as the other legends. 2008 was an awesome year.
I was in highschool then, so many good memories, I've always loved dance/techno music but Deadmau5 kinda cemented my love for electronic music. I wish he would still make music like his first albums but nonetheless he was the sh*t then 😆

I still remember someone giving my Deadmau5 random album title on CD and changing my computer wallpaper to a badly written message on MS paint saying to listen to it.
Saw Mau5 as a sideshow to Fat Boy Slim and never regretted going to that stage.
Went to Hong Kong to see him play at a nightclub with maybe 200 people there.
