I am so sorry to hear this and your suffering. Please always reach out, I know it's not easy when you are in that head space, I know, I have often had very severe suicidal thoughts but my spirituality and reaching out with this gets me through it. Didn’t reach lucid dreaming quite yet but this video 2 days in a row made me have the most vivid dreams I ever had

It's ok. A couple of our video have had this happen. I should be able to turn off the feature
