Dr. Nader - It was a pleasure meeting you and programming the lighting for your Palm Beach home in late September - I am a yoga and somewhat meditation follower and recently visited your website - I am truly excited about TM and the full life I will now have on Earth because of your technique. Thank You!

TM - The necessity of a system to transcend its own activity .
All other meditations fail to exhibit this inherent quality that is in TM .

The eight limbs were meant to be practiced, "simultaneously" according to MMY in his Bhagavad Gita appendix under Yoga! Just practicing one is not what Patanjali had in mind! All limbs were designed to be used simultaneously, I don't know of any teachers who suggest you need to take them one step at a time and not graduate to the next until you master the first, etc. Sounds a little preposterous to me.

Look on youtube for free instruction. Sit for 20 minutes with your eyes closed and say a made up word, repeat this word and try and think of nothing. If a thought comes into your mind, do not worry, just push it away. I hope this makes sense. Good luck. You should not have to pay for it. I found a British guy on youtube a year ago, but he seems to be gone.

According to studies TM is far less effective for depression relapse prevention than mindfulness. MBSR, MBCT are internationally recognized for treatment. Also mindfulness is basically free.

He is classic pseudoscientist!! Just like Hegde Sadhguru. Every one who patient to him takes his statements and his beliefs and his ideas as facts and truth without challenging him like a lawyer does in The court!
How to analyze a seniors Sad guru, Tony Nader and Like BM Hegde’s speech or any guru’s statements as truthful or not:
here is how to say a statement or fact is fake news:
He makes his own interpretations and his own conclusions from the history of Ramayana and mix and matches science and makes it look like logical. This is happening many times and Hindus love it when a scientist tries give scientific explanations to our Ramayana and mahabharath stories!!!
These stories have been exaggerated spiced up decorated with lies and story after story linked to other gods and made them look like a true story.
Actual story is a simple life of ram and his family and mahabharath is also has simple story to begin with.
We all suffer from Fake Syndrome !!
Be a judge and look for the truth
First whenever some one like Hegde or guru says some a new controversial statement or a statement that sounds exaggeration --- one should subject that statement to following questions and ask for answers:
    1) What is the source, verifiable reference of that statement? Has he published in a peer reviewed journal(not any journal) about it. Ask him to give references.
    2) is there a proof or evidence of that statement? Is it valid proof?
    3) are there any past solid proof for what the statement says?
    4) has anyone done studies on that statement to be a truth or fact ? Archeological evidence ?? What kind of study done? Is that study valid ? Did they apply vigorous statistics and math to conclude?
    5) is there a bias in the statement ?
    6) is the statement true and accepted by many or all? Or just one man’s opinion taken as fact/truth?
    7) is that statement a belief or idea or hypothesis only and that it is pseudoscience?
8)is it just persons personal opinion and not a fact or truth?
If a statement doesn’t answer any or one of these questions then it is just belief or it is false statement that appear real and that appears truthful but in fact a deceitful lie that can be dangerous.
    Religion mostly deals with beliefs/hypothesis.
Philosophy has some universal truths and facts but lot of theories that unproven or yet to be proven.
Science is not alien branch or rival to religion. It is born out of religion and philosophy. Science is a branch of religion and philosophy and is truth seeker and facts checker. It doesn’t hesitate to show its weakness, limitations and mistakes.
Pseudoscience is false science that misinterprets and misuses facts and truth for esoteric benefits. Pseudoscience tries to take over science without any solid evidence. It behaves like fox in tiger skin. Some educated people can be victim for pseudoscience.

Don't act over smart, Indian Karen
You have a peanut brain to critize a scientist.
He's a PhD holder in Brain and Cognitive Science. It's very clear that you are an Indian Communist and graduate of whatsapp university.
While indians like you are barking and debunking Meditation and Yoga, The West has studied it Scientifically.
For people reading my comment, this is how an Typical Indian commie/Political Left person reacts, they have zero knowledge on science but
they will bark SCIENCE and call you Pseudoscientist even if you have PhD on Science 😂
They work day and night to stop people like sadhguru and Dr Tony who share Knowledge of Consciousness.
TM is s scientifically studied technique and many research papers have been published in peer reviewed journals not just any 'peer reviewed journals' but in world's leading journals. you can find research papers online.
