Great collection! I love seeing people keep bikes although never understood the negative feelings against technology on bikes, when done properly it can make a good bike great.
I agree that technology has it's benefits for sure! Though I can also see from my dad's perspective that it tends to introduce more chance of something failing and also makes it more difficult to work on your own bike.
I totally agree with your Dad's thoughts on tech and like his idea adding a small ratio of oil to the gas. I use a couple of brands of gas treatment which basically do the same thing because of the ethanol and poor quality of fuel these days.
Top video guys got a dr650 and a ln106 toyota hilux ile will never part with , I know exactly where dads coming from cheap accessible parts and easy to work on at home
There's only 10hp difference between the GSX1250 and GSX650 haha, tell him he'll be right! Love his energy and attitude, he seems passionate and a great role model.
Pmsl - I love the disclaimer about the speeding ‘on private property’ with the 650F ramble…must be a bloody good ‘farm road’ for you to have gotten that thing up to 160kph; pull the other leg dude, it plays ‘jingle bells’!
Yeah I really want to get it road registered soon, would make a great bike to putt around on! Nice, I need to get myself a classic dual-sport, just love the old bikes!
Dad reads the comments so let him know below what you think about some of his outlandish comments 😆
Most of my comments are fodder for the next Australian comedy fest - in true aussie style it’s called ‘takin’ the’ … well you know how that one goes.
Great collection! Your dad seems like a great character introducing your whole family to motorbikes.
Thanks mate, very lucky that he introduced us to bikes from a young age!
By the looks of him, your dad could bicep curl that Harley. His love for bikes really shows, too, and I like the defined role he has for each bike.
🤣😂
Stand up passionate guy. He's got a very likeable character. Hats off !
He certainly loves his bikes!
this will be a video you'll want to keep safe for years to come, Josh.
Certainly!
I like dad's line of thinking no electronics less to go wrong simple but effective. You know ABS stands for all bull shit . Cheers mate
Hahaha I didn’t know that but I like it 🤣
Love the essential bikes and ya dad's a cool bloke.
🤙💪
As your favorite neighbor Rob I watched you work on a few of these bikes. Great video Josh.
Great to hear from you, Brian, still remember riding my PW-80 in the paddock alongside you & Jayden, good times!

Full stop, it's not a collection I need 'em. I love that.
😂🤣
The big dog enjoys a bike 👍🏻💪🏻
He sure does 💪💪
Sweet video mate! Enjoyed it. Your dads a mad dog with an excellent taste in bikes! Completely agree with him regarding the electronics etc!
Glad you enjoyed it mate!
like father like son... happy to see such a cool bike collection. I completely agree with him on electronic bikes :D
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks mate 👍
Your old man's a card mate 🤙 he's on the money about abs. Just needs a European bike in there but nice collection 😁👍 good vid cheers
Haha I don't think I could pay him to own a Euro bike (though he didn't mind when I had the KTM, so maybe he could give one a shot🤔), cheers Josh 🤙
I have a 2020 DR. It's a beast .
They sure are, I love the mighty DR!
Will be looking to take dads one off-road for a video very soon.
There's only 10hp difference between the GSX1250 and GSX650 haha, tell him he'll be right!
Love his energy and attitude, he seems passionate and a great role model.
Haha thanks mate, I'll pass the comment on to him
Love the video well done I got Honda non collection .
Thanks!
I can only imagine what your Dad would say looking at my BMW or KTM hahah. Nice vid Josh
Thanks, we'll have to get him to give his thoughts haha!

😅😅😅
Idk if anyone else has said it in the comments. Your dad is jacked!
Yeah, been mentioned in a lot of the videos he features in hahaha!
Awesome video mate, That's a nice collection there.
Is that a Clark tank on that Dr650?
No electronic, the purist mindset, totally Love it mate.
Thanks mate, I'll let him know!
And I believe it might be the IMS, but not 100%, it came with the bike and no stickers on it.
Rambo bike is my fav, looking at a dr600 locally straight out of chuck norris delta force. And low kms.
Yeah I really want to get it road registered soon, would make a great bike to putt around on!
Nice, I need to get myself a classic dual-sport, just love the old bikes!
That amount of oil will not do any harm that is for sure.
Well so far, so good!
We’ll see in a couple of year time when we crack the engine open and have a look though.
Based on RUclips alone, it seems like once an Aussie bloke turns 40 or so the government issues him a 7 year old DR650 to putt across the outback
Hahaha I reckon you’re right!
Nice collection and a good reason for each! You don't really need a reason in my opinion other than "I wanted it."
Thanks and you're right haha! 😂
