Looks higher than that, the 35s give it 2 inch lift from factory tyres, and need st least a 4 inch suspension lift to run 35s without scrubbing. What is the measurement from the ground to the bottom of the sill? I am just interested because I am going to order some 35s for my patrol and yours has a good clearance.
country channel i would have to measure. I can confirm though that 35s will fit with out a 4” lift and not scrub with the correct radius arms and rim offset, as well as the correct adjustments to bump stops. I have run a true 2” lift on this vehicle when it was a wagon with no scrubbing issues at all through both the Simpson Desert and Cape York as well as many harder local tracks. I have run a 4” lift many years ago and have found the lower height far more comfortable and stable on and offroad with a very limited decrease in capability due to clearance.
Alright first of all, shows you how crap TJM suspension is as he had to makeup A whole new suspension system. 2. Did not mention the coupling or suspension on his trailer or what tires he runs on his trailer hopefully the same as the car. 3. And finally it’s spelt and pronounced Kimberly not Kimberleys!
Jack Atchison im not sure who is making up suspension? Hitch is a DO35, trailer suspension is an independent setup and its running matching rims and tyres to the Patrol. Lastly, you are right about the pronunciation, but you may want to check your spelling there.
Fantastic fantastic!
Haha I have heaps of lights too cos I'm scared of the dark. Awesome build mate, even if it is a patrol.
Someone has to drive one 😉
Unreal ute, that is definitely goals.

How was it possible to get a older 4.2 engineered in a newer 3l patrol?
bulefire311 the Patrol is a 2003, i just picked it up in 2010
How many inch lift did it end up mate?

Cheers for the info, what did the measurements of your patrol end up?
I used to run a 3" lifted gq with 37's no scrubbing but had a big guard chop and bunnings garden edging flares. It was absolutely brilliant off road!
Nice talking and zero showing
Expect a few more videos in the coming months with more info on the Patrol! 🤘🏼
Was there anything in particular you wanted to know?
