    That is not a burnt omelet! You are such a great mom! You need to remembe,r that you are making a wonderful breakfast from scratch for your family. You are NOT sitting them down in front of sugar laden cold cereal!! I appreciate you and your sisters channels for your honesty, and just showing us all that you are normal like the rest of us (not perfect). We can accomplish what you are teaching us!! You have a gift from God for teaching!!! Your channel is really growing because of who you are, your approach and content!! Keep up the good work!!! Lyn 😊

    I’ve been loving these videos!! I was so inspired to use essential oils more regularly, that I signed up for doTerra under you & your sister several months ago. BUT I have to tell you, I’ve enjoyed the healthy meal ideas even more! I really hope you will continue them after you’re finished the Whole30. P.S. I really enjoyed the background music in this video vs the previous ones. I’ve heard a few RUclipsrs use that previous song and have always found it gets annoying to listen to (too loud & jarring) so I’m really glad you switched it up because I often watch these videos over & over again for ideas. And by the way, you’re too hard on yourself, those veggies just looked more caramelized & the eggs looked delish! What an awesome mom you are to provide such healthy food for your family. It’s certainly not the easy way go but what an amazing start your kids have! Thanks for all the inspiration. ❤️

    I love it! I am doing W30 as well and I am mainly eating scrabbled eggs for breakfast, so now I have some more inspiration. I will definetely try the W30 porriage as well. One day per week we have smoked wild caught salmon with avocado and cucumber for breakfast. Surprisingly my kid love this the most :) It has been challenging to change the cereal/bread breakfast habit. I would love more recipe videos they are great!

    Great video! Love that you showed that burnt omelette with no apologies. (It looked fine to me, by the way.) That's what I love about you, you are real. Rare indeed. :)

    I am so impressed that your kids eat everything you cook, even sauecraut-amazing!!!!!! So many kids are quite picky! I see that you do not remove the peels...are you not worried about toxins in the peelings? I guess I am even with organic produce....

      I never remove peels from organic or garden grown produce, a lot of nutrients are in there! I have a homemade fruit and veggie wash video you may want to check out!

    So many delicious and nutritious breakfasts! Do you bulk cook and freeze any of these recipes? I struggle to cook a hot meal in the morning but could manage batch cooking. I esp love the look of your hash breakfast 😋

      Thank you!! I wish I can say I will do the Whole30 myself, but not yet. My husband is getting tested tomorrow on food/glucose tolerant and the doctor has recommended him to go on Whole30. I will join him after I finish eating all the dairy products we still have in the fridge, but it would not take me that long. I really need to change the way I eat anyway, so this will be good for both of us. Thank you so much!!!

    • @ouroilyhouse
      @ouroilyhouse  5 лет назад +1

      I use some organic coconut oil from a local amish community, here is a comparable one that I recommend off of amazon: amzn.to/2Tg2nPH

    How do you get your cast iron pan not to stick?

    • @ouroilyhouse
      @ouroilyhouse  5 лет назад +2

      If it is seasoned properly cast iron skillet are non stick! To season: Cover it in oil and bake in a 300 degree oven for an hour.
