I have always had trouble with the egg muffin sticking to the muffin pan no matter what I did so I decided to bake it in a glass or ceramic lasagna pan and cut it into squares and it never sticks. I find it much easier. Just thought I would share to help out. I also make a salsa chicken recipe and I add black beans. Thank you so much for all your great ideas and recipes.

Thank you Dani. I found the whole 30 about 6 months ago. I've learned so much from it. One of my biggest accomplishments is learning to meal prep weekly so when I'm tired or don't feel well I have healthy food to reheat. No excuses! Loving this series!!

All these recipes look so good. I don't care whether they're Whole30 or not. I was raised on what some would call a Whole30 way of eating. Mom cooked fresh and we didn't eat processed foods but I'm always in for a new recipe. These look delish and can't wait to make them all! Have a great weekend. :)

I made the egg muffins but added ingredients that my family prefers. Bacon spinach onion bell pepper...OMG delicious! My teens grab and go in the morning before school. They didn’t last long. I need to make a double batch next time! TY

Hey Dani! Love your videos. My tip for egg muffins. Everytime I have used a regular pan, they stick no matter what I greased them with. I purchased a silicone muffin pan and boom! They come out perfect every time. Silicone pans are life! 👍
If you don’t have a rack for the meatballs you can crinkle up a big piece of foil and then open it up and line the sheet pan. The extra grease will collect in little crevices and you don’t have to wash the pan!
I have really loved all these #sixtostart meal plans, I find your approach to meal planning very manageable and ideal for a busy week ;) I especially enjoyed your low carb meal plan and have made 2 of the recipes so far and both were great! Would love to see more, thanks Dani:)

I just got silicone muffin pans- life changer for egg muffins!!! They pop right out!!! However be sure to put the silicone pan on a metal sheet before pouring egg mix in because they are bendy!
I'm starting whole30 in 8 days period and I love love love this video. Everything that you cooked is something that needs to be on my table! Except I might put some crispy hash browns in those egg muffins. Just saying. Oh and some bacon. Thank you so much for the idea!
Hi Dani...Thanks for all your recipes. A trick i heard about stopping those muffins from sticking is that after around 7-10 minutes or so of cooking, take them out and run a knife/rubber spatula around the edges & bottom. They do have a tendency to stick. It's not your pan's fault. Alternatively, use silicone cases or those parchment paper bun cases. Hope it helps.
Everything I've tried turns out FANTASTIC and WE are NEVER DISAPPOINTED with these meals. Keep Up the Great work Dani, We need you to keep US balanced with food.
I like salsa on top of eggs like an omelette or those egg cups. It’s really good! Also the salsa chicken looks so good. I love green verde salsa and I think that would be good on that pulled chicken slow cooker recipe. Here’s an idea: sautés riced cauliflower in a pan with a little onion, salt, cumin, and chili powder , cook for about 5-6 minutes. Then put the riced cauliflower on the bottom of your bowl add lettuce, the salsa chicken, guacamole, peppers and if your not eating dairy cheese add a vegan cheese shred on top like Daiya. I rarely eat dairy and I buy vegan cheese all the time. Really delicious. All these recipes look so delicious!! Thank you for posting!!
What a great video! I'm so glad I found you. You've inspired me to start meal planning again. Have you tried making your spaghetti squash in an instant pot? If you have one (which every home chef should IMO), throw your squash in there on the trivet with a cup of water and cook for 6 minutes. It comes out amazing and perfect every single time ♥
I used to do the egg muffins and now I put everything in a cake pan! I use sausage, green onions, red & yellow peppers, shredded cheddar cheese and 12 eggs with a 1/4 c water added! I place all dry ingredients inpan and pour eggs over top-bake at 350 for 50 minutes and then cut in squares and when there cool-put in zip lock bags and put in frig! So much easier than dealing with the muffin pans and easier cleanup. Oh ya, grease cake pan first! ( I use a glass pan and clean up is a breeze)
These are literally the best ideas I've gotten for whole 30, ever! One question: do the meatballs, eggmuffins, broccolini and squash do well being reheated? If so, any tips on that?

I make mini frittatas like those pretty often and I use silicon muffin liners 😊 it prevents any sticking without any added oil and they’re reusable! ❤️

My favorite egg add in is dijon mustard and would be perfect in these egg muffins. I use it in a frittata with ham and asparagus and serve it with side spring greens with dijon vinaigrette. If on whole 30 get a dijon without wine in it.
My health isn't what it use to be. To be honest its gotten bad. My happy but didn't like "unhealthy" so it set out to find it. I love the simple ideas and quick make. I feel very blessed because I found this channel😁

Although I'm used to meal prep, cooking and clean eating, my husband and I are on day 11 of whole 30 and I find I need to eat even more at meals since they are not rounded out w rice etc. Our boys eat a LOT as it is. I'm just wondering how long/how many meals this lasts you. I had to chuckle at your refrigerator tour when you said the 4 of you would eat 8 eggs. My 2 boys alone would eat 8 :) I'd love more whole 30 ideas, bonus if it includes bigger quantity!! (Do you hear from other viewers with growing boys that are bottomless pits?) :) side note, we make your pumpkin turkey chili weekly without beans. I have to use 2 # of meat and a veggie on the side (and grain for my boys usually) and we all love it!! Thanks!

June C. Rodriguez it’s on one of her other #six2start videos I just take 1 minute quick oats, a wide mason jar and liquid egg whites. Microwave for 1 min stir then microwave for another 30-45 seconds but you have to watch it closely so it doesn’t spill over
Dani, your recipes all look really delicious, except I have Reflux & as a result have to eliminate a number of foods. I can't have anything citrus, like oranges, lemons etc. I can't have onions, tomatoes (canned or fresh), no chocolate or alcohol. So, I'd like to ask if you would consider, doing a 6 to start for those of us who have to follow a Low Acid Diet. It's really challenging to come up with meals for the family that everyone would like. More often than I like I end up making 2 different meals, one for myself & one for the rest of the family. That gets old really quickly!! Thanks!
How we eat the egg muffins: I make a simple red or green salsa & heat in saucepan, chop the egg muffins & add to salsa along with a can of black beans and serve over some tortilla chips. Top with cilantro, avocado & sour cream! Voilà ! My simple version of chilaquiles! (I love chilaquiles for breakfast, lunch or dinner 😂) We like them with boiled or baked potatoes too. Chopped & served on a hot tortilla topped with salsa & avocado is another great option for us!

I just take 1 minute quick oats, a wide mason jar and liquid egg whites. Microwave for 1 min stir then microwave for another 30-45 seconds but you have to watch it closely so it doesn’t spill over
Dani, your recipes all look really delicious, except I have Reflux & as a result have to eliminate a number of foods. I can't have anything citrus, like oranges, lemons etc. I can't have onions, tomatoes (canned or fresh), no chocolate or alcohol. So, I'd like to ask if you would consider, doing a 6 to start for those of us who have to follow a Low Acid Diet. It's really challenging to come up with meals for the family that everyone would like. More often than I like I end up making 2 different meals, one for myself & one for the rest of the family. That gets old really quickly!! Thanks!
How we eat the egg muffins: I make a simple red or green salsa & heat in saucepan, chop the egg muffins & add to salsa along with a can of black beans and serve over some tortilla chips. Top with cilantro, avocado & sour cream! Voilà ! My simple version of chilaquiles!
(I love chilaquiles for breakfast, lunch or dinner 😂)
We like them with boiled or baked potatoes too.
Chopped & served on a hot tortilla topped with salsa & avocado is another great option for us!
