Great dancing. Just like my mum and dad used to do ❤️
Mighty music, mighty dancing
Well, the Mazurka Set from Co Clare is actually danced to reels - but this is not it :). This appears to be a lovely version of the Cross Reel, a ceili dance. Any ceili dancers out there who can comment? There is always the chance of a local name issue, but I strongly suspect the "Mazurka Set Dance" in the title is an error.
This is the Morris reel, a céili dance. This is definitely not the Mazurka set or the set of Myserk, as it was first named. In set dancing, dancers go through about four or five different figures, sometime more, with little breaks between them. This céili dance is non stop.
Great
Hello, no mazurka to be seen or heard here, why don’t you take the good advice of your knowledgeable commentators and CHANGE THE TITLE. Would be 😊 nice, thank you!
Oh, and well done to the dancers and musicians - beautiful job!
Neither can I hear a mazurka . . . only a reel!
This is a really lovely video.... but there was no mazurka to be found anywhere, it was completely full of reels :)
This is not the Mazurka. It is the Morris Reel.
The first tune is silver spear, the second father Kelly y what is the name of the third
