A lovely set of reels (Fergal O'Gara's & O'Rourke's reels) descends into a kind of Irish dancing madness before reaching a wonderful crescendo. The best in Irish Céilí music and dance from the Kilfenora Céilí Band, featuring a lilting and dancing tete-a-tete between flute player Garry Shannon and world champion dancer Michael Donnellan. Finishes up with a raucous music and dance ensemble featuring The West Clare Set Dancers and the lovely Deirdra Kiely. All part of an amazing concert which took place at the Fleadh Nua in Ennis, Co. Clare, Ireland on 26.05.'13 and which was streamed on www.LiveTrad.com. (Tune names - 'Fergal O'Gara's', 'O'Rourke's', 'Lucky in Love' - reels).

Brilliant to observe our New Irish, our multi-cultural island. Enriching everything - our best days for sure.

I lived in Quilty in my young days I remember the Thulla band. Sorry I can't spell it in gaelic. Anyway I am 73 and a Heavy metal fan & I love this music.

So lucky to find this! We traveled from St. Louis to Ennis for a family reunion and attended this concert. It was incredible!

I prefer this music to the band "Black 47". All Black 47 did at Shea Stadium was scream at the top of his lungs.
