- Meat Loaf and the Neverland Express performing an awesome, nearly half-hour long version of this classic! Featuring extended intros by Bob Kulick, Bruce Kulick, Steve Buslowe, Paul Glanz and the great solo by Joe Stefko. Recorded June 11th 1978 at the Stadthalle in Offenbach, Germany. Released via Eagle Rock in 2009, this is a better looking version than already on here, and isn't sourced from the bootleg, enjoy :-). Features Jim Steinman on piano.
PS - 2022 Jack here, this is an old unlisted video from 2020. - Видеоклипы
Meatloaf the greatest rock and roll showman of all time.
Alice Cooper has said it several times no one can duplicate Meat Loaf and no one will EVER fill his shoes.
@@brendamartin9362 what an awesome comment and you're right no one can fill his shoes
now thats a build up🔥🔥🔥
bestial!!! 1/2 hora de disfrute con este temazo, los solos y la interpretación final!!!
I love meatloaf as well - rip - great performer - but i have to say it - don't kill me - but he is hopelessly flat when he sings live
To be fair after playing 120 or so shows in 8 months as you're first major tour would be quite damaging vocally
Early shows on this tour have fantastic vocals

👏👏👏👏👏👏
Viciei nessa música e nessa mulher
Is it just me or sometimes when you see it a couple times it looks like the stage that they used for the official music video
The stage setup is similar, and it's the same lineup for the most part
But the videos were filmed on a sound stage in New York
This was filmed in Offenbach near Frankfurt :)

I wonder why Karla didn't come out and say her memories about Meat after he died
She took part in a panel discussion over Zoom that was broadcast on RUclips, with some of the other figures from Meat’s life (Todd Rundgren, Ellen Foley, Paul Crook, Kasim Sulton, etc) and shared some memories in that. Most notably, the time Meat accidentally hip-bumped her off-stage and neither of them broke character. He just lifted her back up on stage with him, and they carried on like nothing had happened!
The panel was billed as a “tribute”, but actually turned into more like everybody talking about their own contribution to the Bat album and subsequent tour, with only fleeting references to Meat. They finally get around to him in earnest in the last 20mins of a 1hr30min recording.
@@ctuckwell6562 oh my gosh. Can you PLEASE send me link or tell me what Broadcast it is? I know you said they got off the tribute of him and started talking about their contribution to the album but I still want to here it. Can you please send me a link or tell me what the broadcast name?
At 25:50 meat is like: Ive got an idea!
Why did Ellen Foley only did vocals for this song on the album but Karla DeVito performed it live with Meat Loaf?
She went off to do other things, wasn't interested in touring, Jim knew Karla from Orchestra Luna so that was that
@@MLBFCollection I thought it was just odd having one vocalist on the album. Another vocalist touring with Meat Loaf and Jim.
