It NEVER hurts to prefill the filter. It's especially easy when you have a vertical filter like this.

Aren't you supposed to remove the oil fill cap when draining the old oil to make sure you have constant air flow?

I am following you from Saudi Arabia and I have question.
I have GMC superban 2006 5.3L 2wheel drive. So my question is 20W-50 suitable for my car engine which is now 460,000 kilometers
Or what is the best oil, by the way I am using TITAN SUPER GT Advance Formula.

Yeah, no; he got something backwards in this video. Per GM, the Oil Filter is tightened to 22 ft-lbs. The drain bolt is 18.
