    Big fan of the cliff bloks. That bike path looks immense 👍

      Yes, the Clif Bloks are really handy, less mess and good if you don’t get on with gels. The bike path is great, it’s on the A27 from Polegate to Firle in Sussex, a new section less than a year old. Perfect for marathon training, not as flat as it looks though. Thanks for the comment.😁👍

    Great Video! Nice insight into your nutrition, thank you. I'm focusing on electrolytes intake for Manchester as had a Calf cramp blow up in my last marathon, as you mentioned.

      So frustrating when you’ve put all that training in, same story for me several times. The electrolyte intake was a game changer for me. I hope it works for you too, good luck at Manchester!🏃💪
